When you come into the store they would say good morning or good afternoon. They were very kind and very helpful too. All of them that work there are very nice. Thank you Harold for having such good employees.

I've had nothing but good experiences here with staff and with product availability. It's great to have a place to go in our town if you need something for your small projects around the home/property. Definitely give them a try!

It's a small town hardware store in a city now. It's not a large store but they have everything and they are friendly. I enjoy the going to a real hardware store instead of the big box Home Don't Know store.

Has a lot of items and some hard to find hardware also. Recommend

Honestly a very nice experience for a visit to your local hardware store. Employee Samantha was so great! Went above and beyond to help me with the supplies we were needing. Saved us a trip to Home depot for sure!

Always friendly atmosphere. They take care of all the heavy lifting all the way to the car.

It's a really good place for whatever project you have going on. They have a surprisingly amount of different things in their store and their employees are always more than willing to help you find exactly what you need.

The most homely, comfortable and enjoyable experience in a hardware store that you can possibly have! They even have popcorn and treats for your dog if you bring them along. Each employee takes their time to assist in your project needs and I find their pricing to be great compared to the big stores. You know that great feeling you had when walking into your local radio shack back in the day, because you knew that the guy there would know the exact adapter or part you needed for wiring your sound system? Well It's like that same feeling here for your hardware and materials needs, but better!

Been going here for most my life. Friendly people, if they don't have an item in stock or if it's an obscure item they will order it and call you when it arrives. If your disabled like me or just have a large order they will load it for you with a smile. It may be a small shop but they do a good job of making sure you get what you need are happy with your purchase.

If you need anything and I mean anything, Tammy Is the one to help you! She is phenomenal and needs to be promoted, except you must keep her in the building so she can continue to help me.
She didn't stop until she had all our issues resolved and our purchases in hand.

Friendly and helpful staff, good variety of products, interesting snacks and drink up front that are hard to find.

I've been here a handful of times and everytime I walk through the doors there is always a friendly welcome and oddly a store assistant with a big smile, and kind words chaperone's me till my supply order has been filled... this is definitely a store that saves you time b/c they are so helpful and the bonus part is that they all appear to love their jobs ... i never thought I'd be saying this, but girl power, it's a beautiful thing, and I like it :) I say that primarily bc I've only seen females working there.

Knowing that is a very busy time of the year for gardening supplies I hate disturbing Rio Linda True Value Hardware but I was looking for Happy Frog potting soil. They were so nice, like I was the only customer they had, when I called them.

I went there this morning and 2 guys were very helpful to me and i really appreciate it. I knew i woudln't get that help from any big hardware store.
Kudo's to the 2 guys that taught me how to fix my issues on my door.

This store is the real deal. Small town general store feel with friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's my first stop for all my hardware and landscape needs.

We go here often as they are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I like being able to shop in and support my hometown store.
