NAPA Auto Parts

The NAPA Auto & Truck Parts on Northgate Blvd near Main Ave / Del Paso Road is a vast warehouse store with everything for your car and truck repair or maintenance. The store's retail section is about the same size as most auto parts stores. But this NAPA Auto & Truck Parts is attached to a big warehouse with lots of inventory. The workers here are very helpful as well.

Let me start off by mentioning I’m a DIY kind of guy, absolutely zero knowledge of mechanical jazz just depend on YouTube to guide me through so with that out of the way that gives you a good idea of what kind of a customer I must be… My man Alexis at the front desk caught on , made things super easy and hassle free! I feel so bad having to make him go the extra mile but he always very willingly did! If this is Alexis seeing this we appreciate you tremendously! If this is Napas HR reviewing at the very least give this man a pat on the back for me! If a raise or promotion is feasible consider it! A great guy to have on the team !

Today David helped me get the right screws to mount my license plate to my car. Was helpful and knowledgeable. He even grabbed the tools needed and mounted the plate to the car for me. Great Customer Service.

Wish we had this closer, rig broke down and our local store said it would be 2 days to get the part and they had it in stock so I drove there on a Sunday and got us back up and running awesome store.

Karen, Joel & Rudy are AMAZING!!! We had to go on a “parts scavenger hunt” for my 1998 Rodeo!!! They never gave up!!! Amazing customer service and now they have a lifelong customer!! 😃😃😃

Cashier with glasses was friendly and very helpful when I bought new spark plugs for my car. He even gave me the phone number of a guy that does cheap wheel alignments after I told him about how my car had a steering wheel that is not centered.

Good service and quality parts

I came to the store thinking I knew exactly what I needed but after speaking with Christian and employee here he informed me that there were several options for my truck. He told me that it would be better for me to make sure that I had the right part in my hand before he made an order that I would have had to prepay for. I totally agreed with him and took his advice and I truly believe that this is an honest or with good people who want to sell you the right part and I'll just give you something because you have money

We had a defective part we bought in Montana and they allowed us to bring it back. Great costumer service.

My visit here today was great the staff was really helpful with getting me all the parts and stuff so I could easily fix my vehicle. The store was very clean and it made it very easy to find what I was looking for plus all the shelves had enough stock on hand so it worked out really well for the visit.

My experience with this location has always been the best. No matter who helps me at the counter, I have been treated like a real valued customer. When I order my parts online to pick up at the store they are always ready when stated at the time of my order. Napa Auto parts company is a very trustworthy business who has great knowledgeable customer service oriented staff. I also appreciate that they are located close to my house. Five stars all day every day!

I bought windshield wipers here and had a very hard time getting them off looking like an incompetent in the parking lot when one of the warehouse order pullers Leo not only removed them he then installed the new ones and absolutely refused my tip saying that as long as I was safe everything was good. Absolutely 100% satisfied and a lifelong customer for sure. Thank you very much Leo :-)
