Yummy Thai tea!! I'm very picky and this passed the test. Spring rolls are so fresh and sauce is good. Definitely coming back.

Okay - I love Asian food. Read my reviews & you'll see everything from Sushi to Chinese buffets and Pho. I love different regional flavors. So, I will say, I'm almost ashamed of this review. The business was clean and comfortable, with the lightest chairs ever, yet sturdy enough. The counter and behind didn't look too cluttered, which I attribute to having a plan and sticking to it. I got a tea that was wonderful and Spring rolls were tasty as well - well stuffed! All in all, for a short visit, it was awesome. Only place open at 10:45 that wasn't a chain.

I went here with my coworkers during break. The staff were very friendly and entertained my curiosity about the Pandan Waffle! The tea looked and tasted fantastic! My only regret was that I hadn’t visited here sooner when I was in university nearby.

The best boba Thai tea, I’ve ever had! Usually when I order my boba tea, I like to blend the ice, when they did it here she said “Thai Tea smoothie” boy oh boy when I tell you that thing was sooooo smooth, not one chunk of ice. I’ve tried so many Thai teas, and this was hands down the best. I will continue coming here, and only here lol

Hidden gem for vegetarians who need a work from home spot! My go-to order is the tofu rice bowl topped with a fried egg and jasmine milk tea. Delicious! Lots of comfortable seating with outlets, good music and the temperature is just right. :)

Was looking for a boba/tea house here in the area and came across this location. They have really good Vietnamese coffee! (Cafe su da) The staff is really friendly and accommodating. If you are in the area make sure to stop by!

I placed an online order for spring rolls, and my order is always read for pick up. The spring rolls are huge! Ask to add Sriracha sauce along with the peanut sauce to your order. Friendly customer service every time.

Lunches are affordable! I like their sandwiches and smoothies!
The staff always smiles and helps me choose what I want!

I had the dirty brown sugar milk tea with black boba, which came to 6.87 with tax, which I feel might be a bit expensive. Regardless, though, the tea was delicious and I have no complaints. There were no issues with the service, the atmosphere was pretty nice overall. Good place to get some boba tea with a cool cup.

We went there on Saturday and the gentleman working the counter was very kind and helpful! Our drinks were great, but I'm sad we just found this place and we move in a month!

I spent a lot of time after high school at this establishment and it always provided a peaceful space for my friends and I to hang out, study, and decompress. They have plenty of indoor seating and even board games, so it seems like they don’t mind if you stay awhile.

Their food is good, particularly for vegetarians. They also have a lot of selections of both drinks and food, but not so many that it’s overwhelming. The drinks taste fresh (not powdered like some places) and their boba is a nice consistency.

I just found this place yesterday, and I'm back again today. I love their jasmine milk tea and they will make it as sweet or unsweet as you like. The jasmine taste is authentic, and this place is now my new favorite tea spot. :) Also, the beef bulgogi sandwich is so good - really fresh!

Love their beef bulgogi and tofu rice bowls. Not too heavy - just right without too much oil. Bubble tea is awesome too!

Such a cute hidden gem ! They are super friendly here . Rice bulgogi is delicious. The spicy noodles with bulgogi is also amazing (ask for spicy sauce on the side). The tea is decent too. My coworkers and I usually do a group order as a pick-me-up.

Loved this place before, but now I love it even MORE because of the new menu! My family tried a lot of the menu options and no one was disappointed, everything tasted great. The Bulgogi sandwich was my favorite! The meat was cooked very well, bread toasted nicely, and very fresh vegetables. You can really taste the fresh fruit in their smoothies! Boba had a great consistency!

Fantastic food, bubble tea, service, and atmosphere. You can tell the owners love and take care of their place. Also, the boba was prepared perfectly.

I took my son to Tea Hive after his music lesson at the excellent Muse Mantra Music School two doors away. This was our first time and we went in just to look at the menu. The staff explained the menu items and gave us a few things to sample. We decided to stay and have lunch. My son and I both had the shredded chicken sandwich which was absolutely fantastic. We also had vegetarian spring rolls which were delicious and very fresh tasting and we enjoyed both Vietnamese iced coffee and the house lemonade. I have not enjoyed a lunch like that in quite some time. My son, who is eight, also raved about the food and drinks. We ended up taking sandwiches and spring rolls and other drinks home for the rest of our family. Looking forward to coming back very soon!
