AT&T Store

Jose was so pleasant to work with and made the process of getting a new phone so easy! He even ensured my iCloud was set up and ready to go. Answered all my questions and overall great customer service. Didn’t feel pressed to buy a certain product. Highly recommend this AT&T store.

GO HERE & see José!!! I previously had 5 lines with Mint Mobile, and it was awful… Nothing worked… I went in to see José at AT&T Brickell, and he sent me up with 5 AT&T UNLIMITED lines… I can’t say enough about how good he was. I gave him several of curveballs where we had different plans for different lines and different phones and eSIMs and physical SIMs and he knocked it all out of the park. He also suggested several options so that I could maximize discounts at the end of the day it was barely more expensive than Mint, but it always works PERFECTLY. I travel a lot to Canada and Latin countries and everything always works like a jet. Even a week after I left the store, I texted him a question and he responded to me right away… AMAZING. If you need something go in and see José at AT&T Brickell and if he can’t do it nobody can!!

I recently went to this Att store , and I can not be more satisfied. Those employees really had the best costumer service ever. And i’v been an att costumer for over 10 years . I have to mention the treat I received particularly from a very nice employee , her name it’s Giselle . She was excellent. 10/10. Definitely I will be back.

I walked in wanting a prepaid SIM card. The customer rep gave me my options and I went with what suited me at the time. It was a simple transaction with no complications.
