My dad was in the hospital with several serious conditions. My mom had been trying for a couple of months to get oxygen for him from a company near their home in Port Townsend with no luck--this company had to actually order in oxygen because they didn't have it in stock!
Then, Craig came by my dad's room and within two hours we had oxygen tanks and machine delivered to my house for dad's recovery. Craig was really nice, he followed through immediately and, wow, they actually have oxygen in stock. Dwayne, the delivery driver, was professional and super-courteous, explained everything and was at our door almost before we were.
Rotech made a huge difference in my dad's recovery. Thanks so much!

Got a call from this office to schedule a Cpap, the office staff especially Eyvonne and Crystal were so helpful and nice giving me information and scheduling. The respiratory therapist Eliza was amazing. She was so thourough in explaining how to use the machine and how to clean it, and was so professional and helpful. Overall great office!!!

Everyone at Rotech has been so helpful. But Tammy, from customers service, has gone above and beyond to help me get some insurance issues straightened out. #Rockstar

They were great when we had an emergency situation and needed oxygen tanks in a hurry

Very helpful staff. They attended and helped me me after 4 PM (closing time) as I was stuck in traffic.

The only issue I had with them was trying to get ahold of someone on the phone. Otherwise, the 2 women were pretty helpful, maybe a little unrefined, but nevertheless, helpful with my problem

Made the drive during working hours for an appointment. They recommended equipment for me, then didn't have the correct size. They also said everything would be covered by insurance over the phone, and then asked for payment when I arrived.

UPDATE!!! 3 months after cancelling my order, these clowns decided to fill it. The INCOMPETENCE of these people is beyond belief. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you see the first part below here, this is a total of 5 months to process filters and tubing.

Obtuse unhelpful sales staff. Have been dealing with them for 2 plus months, still no supplies. They seem to expect the customer to serve them. AVOID

My doctor office sent these people an order for a nebulizer machine on 06-11-2021. I called them today, 06-24-2021, and they confirmed they received the order but has not had a chance to process it yet. I told them this is urgent and the rude lady on the phone stated back "so is everybody ahead of her!" I asked if she has an ETA and she stated back "we'll get to it when we can!" How do these people stay in business?

Horrible place. The manager Wendi was totally rude to me. I had quite a few questions as my husband needs a cpap machine. She then was totally rude and knocked her employee down in front of everyone in the office, including 2 customers. I don't understand why Craig (the gentleman who wrote a review and gave his company (Rotech) a 5 star review) would have such a nasty person under his wing. Not only does this make the company look bad, but makes him look bad as he is her boss! I found another company in Renton that takes my insurance that are actually thriving as a business and have no reviews that are bad! Companies as well as upper management need to take a hard look at their employees/managers. When you have a high turnover rate at a business that had been going pretty smoothly before the manager started (Wendi). Maybe their is an issues with the manager (Wendi) and not all the employees!!!
Everyone...please feel free to ask me if you need a more reputable place to get a cpap machine!

This is my first time writing a review ever. The customer service is beyond horrible. I received a sleep apnea machine that I was allergic to the mask. I called for three weeks straight and never got one call back. The only way I could talk to anyone in rotech was the after hours line which only took messages and never help me find a solution to my problem. I personally drove 4 hours one way to return there sleep apnea machine and found more disgruntled customers that been trying to get a hold of them for months as well. When dealing with the staff that were currently present in the office I felt they didn’t care about the customers at all. When I returned my sleep apnea the Reciept that I received had other customer personal and private information on it.(major violation of hippa)

As many other reviewers have mentioned, good luck getting hold of customer service. Left multiple voice message and never got a single call back from them. Will return all my equipments and look for a different referral from my provider.
