Norco Medical, Renton

I am absolutely now a CPAP user! The new mask is very comfortable and the tubing does not create a problem while sleeping. I have been putting off using my CPAP for quite some time due to the discomfort of the old mask.

Becky was most excellent in sharing information and working with me to find the best solution with my CPAP. I am also impressed with the follow up as I had to call to obtain one more item. They were fast and efficient. An excellent experience all around.

The Renton office staff have served me with professionalism, empathy and great customer service every time I have gone in personally. I have found this is the best way to interact as I am not the best communicator by phone. :)

Essences was great. I was not thrilled about coming in at all. But her customer service was awesome. She made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had.

I am a long-time CPAP user and have worked with other suppliers until recently. I got a new machine and supplies through Norco in Renton after being referred there by Valley Medical Center. I worked with Becky and she listened carefully to what I liked and disliked about my other equipment. She was able to get me fitted with a good mask and gave me excellent and thorough information about my new machine and all with great customer service. I assume she did it with a smile but it's hard to tell with the COVID-19 masks.

Had a wonderful experience with Becky getting fitted for my machine. I have tried to call back a few times to check in about new supplies and to talk about how the device is going but for the past 2 weeks when I have called, the line has rang and rang but no answer. Does anyone know if the number got updated or if it is closed for right now?

So far I have had good customer service regarding my new Bipap machine from Norco. Meadow L. has answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Airline broke my CPAP mask. Called three other CPAP supply stores in the area for a replacement, zero help. Found Norco! The went way above in helping me! Super friendly and a spotless waiting room. Y’all are lucky to have a quality store in the area!! A+++
