Susan the pharmacist and Jennifer the tech have always been super helpful. I’m very type A along with hyperactive, so basically I bother them all the time asking when and what time and they are so patient and helpful. I truly appreciate the help y’all!

Miss Debra is the only part of my prescription routine that I enjoy, and why I choose the pharmacy here in Southlake over others. She is always extremely nice and today she helped me tremendously with a snaffu and I’m very grateful for her help. Good job Southlake Kroger and thank you Debra 😊

20 years of excellent service! I was forced to briefly use another pharmacy by my plan and after two incorrect dosages, I revised my plan so that I could return and enjoy the professional and friendly service of Kroger Southlake Pharmacy.

Fast and friendly service. I'm not sure what some of these other reviewers are talking about (which is why I felt compelled to leave a positive review).
They are better than most pharmacies I have been to, and the prices are usually very reasonable compared to others. I personally like this place a lot.

Totally agree with earlier comment concerning the loss of the Pharmacy manager "Lauren", as she has moved on. She was a fixture at this store for 10 + years. Always greeted long term customers by name and had a smile on her face. She would also go out of her way to ensure your prescription was filled on time (or would take the time to fill while you waited, if you were in a rush). She made you feel valued as a customer. Those days are now long gone unfortunately.

They are going to kill my dog. My husband and I have battled with the poor service that this pharmacy has provided for too long. We have had to wait multiple days for medicine, they have forgot medicine, they have refused to let us pick up medicine if it’s right before they close. Our puppy has seizures and he needs his medicines.

They refused to give my husband his prescription today once again when he made it there in time.

We have put up with rude techs rolling their eyes, techs putting us on hold for hours on the phone and medicines never being filled.

Not to mention they recently lied to me and said they spoke to my doctor office and they didn’t. It was two days later that the pharmacist spoke to them.

We highly recommend you NOT go to this pharmacy. I have had enough.

All I needed was an antibiotic.

The Kroger pharmacy at Cross Timbers wasn't going to be able to fill my (Friday) prescription until Sunday, due to a an apparent staffing shortage. I asked if they could forward my prescription to another store (something they have done in the past).

I was told that I needed to call around to another Kroger store on my own to find one who could fill it sooner, so without argument, I did. I called the Southlake store. Same issue. I asked if they could check to see if another store was able to fill it sooner and the girl screamed at me. Ultimately, the script was filled, because it was apparently faster to fill my script, than to transfer it...👀

Both techs at both stores had meltdowns on the phone (I made the mistake of calling the first one back to ask to speak to the pharmacist on duty). They both expressed they were under a tremendous amount of pressure and stress. One was overly forthcoming, seeking sympathy, the other was hostile without provocation.

One girl offered me a job in the middle of her emotional spiral;

Evidently, they are facing a seemingly insurmountable workload, and they feel like it is entirely on their shoulders as techs, and they are not getting paid enough. I believe that is probably true.

Initially I thought the medication was on back order, which is why I called to check the status. I thought I was going to be calling my doctor back to see if there was a different medication that could be prescribed. Both girls seemed to think I knew that there was an ongoing staffing shortage. If it was on the news, I missed it 🤷‍♀

I was sympathetic to a point. Once they bent toward verbal abuse, my patience deminished. I offered to take my script to a different (less stressed) pharmacy.

Friday, I was so, so sick. I had a high fever, severe bronchitis and a UTI. I have diabetes, and if you know anything about the disease, then you know how much worse infections behave in our bodies.

My doctor was able to work me in on Friday. He told me that I would be feeling like myself again by Monday and I was so relieved by that thought.

It is now late Sunday night/early Monday morning, and I am doing much, much better. I have five tablets in my system now. My fever is broken, the constriction on my chest has freed, and my UTI is resolved. If I'd waited until Sunday, I would just now be getting started on the antibiotic, and the infection would have progressed/worsened.

Kroger has been filling my prescriptions for 6-7 years now. I've been a Kroger customer since 2009.

Absolutely the most incompetent and lazy pharmacy I have ever been to. Don't go here if you want to rely on your prescription being filled in under 1 day, even when that prescription is one that is something you need immediately. They decided they didn't even have to TRY to fill mine until the next day. So I went without vital ADHD meds today. Then they screw around with my insurance when I go and will not give a straight answer as to why it suddenly won't cover it until I press and press. This place is like pulling teeth. I will never set foot in this location again. Insanely unreliable. I don't like playing games with medications, especially during my mid-terms.

I have never posted a bad review in matter of fact any review for anyone ,but these people drove me over the edge. The Kroger pharmacy in Southlake is a joke! I've never seen such unorganized pharmacy. They dragged me there four times in period of more than a month and still couldn't fill my prescription .on my First visit they said they don't have the right amount and have to order it and it would be in the following week. on my second visit they said they need doctor supervisor approval( why didn't they say that on my first visit) which they received. Third time, I called first and they said it would be ready in one hour.I waited and went there the next day to find out that they don't have the right amount! Pharmacist said she would have it there by next Monday. Here we are Thursday and I went by there again and same pharmacist said they can't get it and it is back ordered. when I asked her why no one called me, she replied she did call my cell number. There I knew she is lying since my cell is my work number , I always answer it or if one leaves voice mail I would return the call promptly. I'm going back to Tom Thumb , Those guys are professional.

Unfortunately I'm from the Midwest and have been Krogering for years so it's in my blood. This pharmacy however is the absolute worst in customer service and common sense. I have yet to go in and get a prescription in anything less than 3-5 days. We've been forced to change to mail order. My advice .... AVOID like the plague.

Lauren is not there anymore, they are lost without a leader and cannot keep good people.
