CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacy staff has terrible customer service. I tried going here for about a year and it’s always hit and miss. The pharmacist are usually good but the staff is always bothered by your presence and are slow to fill prescriptions. Numerous times I had issues with prescriptions being sent and not filled or lost. My doctor would have to send multiple orders in order to have one filled. I would recommend going somewhere else. I switched to the CVS in west lake and it’s been amazing. No issues at all.

Customer service isn’t pleasant at all. Pharmacy staff can be rude and not acknowledge you.
Today I went to pickup my medicine a little before their closing time.
1) They closed before the closing time, and they wouldn’t fill my prescriptions.
2) They were rude with their responses and simply walked away as I was talking.

I’ve been getting prescriptions from here since forever, and it’s never pleasant picking up your medicines from here.

Horrible experience. Complete lack of urgency. Staff seems annoyed that customers are even there. Switching to a pharmacy 20 mins away just to avoid. New management is required to turn this around.

I have been filling scripts here for years and the last 3 have been very challenging. The first 2 they didn’t call to tell me they were out of the medicine. After 3 days I had to call both times to find this out. Today I waited a few hours and called and was told the same thing. The guy on the phone couldn’t have been more rude and said he had no Idea when the med would be in. I wish they could go back to the time when they actually treated you like a human and cared.
