Starbucks

Stopped in to grab a cappuccino and some snacks with an ice tea, and Finali helped me. She was so nice and provided amazing customer service. This Starbucks is so nice and has a very positive vibe.

This Starbucks often has friendly staff who genuinely try to do right by the customers. This is a busy establishment so often times it’s very busy around 7:30am, 12:00pm and 6:30pm. Occasionally staff have gotten my drink order wrong, but if you mention it even if it’s the next day they likely will make it right.

When the campground I booked didn’t come through on their promise that I’d have power to work remotely, Starbucks in McKinleyville had my back. Their hospitality was amazing and immensely appreciated. Top notch team here, Thank you!!

Amazing Starbucks! Friendly stuff! My order was prepared quickly and I have an awesome experience having my coffee and sandwiches inside the coffee shop! Highly recommend this location. After LA’s rude baristas and mad atmosphere, McKinleyville Starbucks feels like fine dining. ♥☕

The staff is always friendly and frequently call me out by name as I pick up my Mocha. I enjoy the personal touch. And of course, I appreciate the consistency of my order at any Starbucks I visit around the US.

It doesn't matter what Starbucks I go to they always have the friendliest staff and the quality of their drinks and food items never change... They are always great. And a fun thing to do is order is order a surprise me drink or food item... They always get so creative when you order that way :)

Not much of a coffee person, but the latte was nice.

I have only had good experiences here! I just recently made a mistake on my mobile order and the lovely staff remade my drink and were so kind about my mistake. Even when it's busy and they have to be rushed they are accommodating and friendly. This is definitely my preferred Starbucks within Humboldt County!

I love this place for the amazing employees who work there! The workers are just the nicest, most helpful employees. It doesn’t matter if you go through the drive thru or inside. Anytime I have had issues, they made sure to make it right. Today the line was crazy longer than usual and I was going to be late for a meeting. So they reimbursed me for my mobile order. Another time, their lobby was closed and I wanted a mug for a gift and they worked with me as I shopped through their window!
The location is not super convenient for parking, but they make up for it by being super nice! Highly recommend!

They are always friendly and fast even when it's busy. They make delicious drinks and are always cautious when handing over hot drinks.

An outstanding place! Clean, genuinely friendly, and taking their Covid precautions seriously. Nice extra touches like a lending library stand in the store, local art work, and an area for people to leave notes with kind thoughts on the wall. And my order was correct, quickly prepared, and delicious!

This is one of the nicest Starbucks I have ever stopped at, and I've been to plenty.

The staff is polite and pleasant. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are well appointed.

It's got plenty of outlets for computers and excellent spaces outdoors and indoors.

It's got a really fast drive-thru and it's visited by friendly people. Wow!

This staff is always so friendly. I've always gotten a perfect order, and they treat my pup so well! We always get him a pupaccino, and he loves the place!
We haven't gone in since Covid-19 began, but the extent they are willing to keep everything clean and contactless made me feel really safe.
