Northcutt Collision Center did an outstanding job repairing my Silverado. Shirley kept me informed of the progress through the process. Vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and it looked just like a new one. Thank you to all of the Northcutt Body Shop employees.

Gary a service consultant was great. Worked with us in replacing lights on my Malibu. I will always get with him when I need something done on my card

Did not put all the fasteners back in. Had to have another dealer do it. 😒

This place sucks I would not let them fix or paint anything they couldn't they put wrong wheel on my truck and filled it with body filler now my paint is crab
Cracking I pretty sure they committed insurance fraud

Very disappointed, I called to say that a part was peeling off, and they told me that they were going to find out what was happening, after days they told me that they were not going to replace the part because they thought that a rock had hit the part and I asked how did they know That or why they gave me that conclusion, they told me that they couldn't do anything, I asked about the one-year warranty that they say they have and they told me no that some parts were only for 3 months, they didn't want to help me, I don't recommend it
