I cannot say enough about how good this business is. Excellent prices and excellent customer service. I shopped around in the Louisville, Kentucky and Huntington, WV areas, as well as online. I couldn’t beat his prices anywhere on box springs. And when I made a mistake and purchased the wrong size (California King instead of King), Travis was extremely helpful and allowed me to exchange them. Once again such excellent service. In this day and age you don’t get it that much.

Travis was so kind and I was able to get approved for a nice mattress. Within the hour we found one that I liked and he helped load it into the car. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Spent over a grand on a couch and love seat at Big Sandy and it didn’t last 1 year before it started breaking down which after 14 calls the refused to come out and repair anything that was covered under warranty.
