Gamestop is a great place to get all of your Video games and consoles. As well as different types of merchandise from your favorite video games anime and cartoons. The atmosphere was great in the store, and the Employee that was working that day was super nice and helpful. The Employee always helped in finding things that I ask for and answered all my item related questions.

So far I've always have had good service besides one time perhaps but it's a good location with friendly staff

I love gamestop! Undoubtedly the best video game related brick and mortar store still open! If you love anything video game related then check this place out! It can have lower prices and better price points then other places around, and not to mention the fact that physically owned games take up a lot less space then online versions! This is such a great option instead of using the system's game store, especially because of the hardware limitations of most consoles now adays. Anyways, this is all just to say that I love this store and I hope you love it too!!

I mean everyone should know about game stop but if you don’t it’s a really nice game store but if you are returning something they sometimes only give you like 3/4 of the actual price even if you didn’t use it but other than that its a good store.

Will always be a relevant store. The preorder incentives have been lacking the past few years though.

Yesterday I stop by to request a refund, and the guy who talked to me was very kind, attentive and caring about my experience with Game stop. I decided not to cancel the plan at that moment because of him and then I went home.

Today, I decided to go and cancel it. A lady took care of my situation but honestly… she was a little bit rude, not kind at all, and very disrespectful. She said that I can’t get my money back, because it was not refundable, and that she cannot do anything in a very provoking way. I was surprised to get that answer but at that precise moment, the guy that talked to me yesterday, entered the store. I rapidly pointed out that he was the one that provided me with great service the day before, and he proceed to cut my conversation off with that lady and help me out. I don’t remember his name (I think he didn’t mention it to me) but he is blonde, like 5’ 8’, with glasses... an awesome guy! I do appreciate his willingness to help the customer. Those are the employees that Game Stop should care about the most, not disrespectful employees. To that guy: Thank you so much for caring about us, your customers! You are the one who makes us happy and willing to get back to you for shopping! You are awesome!

I am giving them 5 stars only because of him. Otherwise, I would rate this Game Stop as 0 stars (if possible) because of that lady.

One of the better locations in the area. Always nice! But I swear if you buy tcg from any games gamestop the hits are always missing!

Best GameStop I've been too!! Erin was so extremely helpful with everything. Answered All our basic/annoying questions and even gave tips on what to get since it was our first time buying a Switch and we were completely clueless walking in. She set us up with discounts and help me make a new account! BEST EXPERIENCE! Thank you again Erin!!

Wonderful location. Michelle the store lead is a god send she is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I were there yesterday and the store was swamped with so many people and she was the only person there and kept everything in order and made sure to give everyone great service. This is our go to store for now. Thanks Michelle you're awesome.

Fair Game Stop prices and polite employees who do a GREAT job of enforcing the 6 foot apart and mask rules. They even wiped down the counter after each customer. The store was a little crowded but my family still felt safe.

Great place with really good and unique merch! We also got all the information regarding our game of interest! Will come again in a month!

Excellent customer service. The lady that help us was by far one of the nicest people I've ever had dealings with at a Gamestop location. Employees are typically extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and dont pressure you into purchases or nagging you for the upsell... well, with the exception of the power up rewards thing, that in my opinion, is well worth the 15$ a year and includes a subscription to a monthly gaming magazine.
It almost sounds like I'm an employee or paid to write this "kiss-@$$" review. Lol. I've just been a satisfied customer for the past 20 years or however long this place has been in business and this particular employee went well above and beyond the normal employee duties and basically treated us like long time friends so I figured I'd finally write a review.

This place is getting 5 stars because of the staff. Does GameStop usually over charge for games? Yes. Does GameStop usually pay you less for your games? Yes. But that's all GameStops and most specialty stores. Businesses have to make profits. The staff here are really friendly and super knowledgeable. I also appreciated that I've always been treated with respect and never been tested, gamer girls know what I mean.

If you need a video game or an opinion on a game definitely check this place out.

Brianna was very helpful and kind. She treated my 10 year old like an equal and not like a little kid. Even though he was there to buy a Lego star wars game.

Friendly and very helpful store employees. They know their products, and was able to answer all of our questions. They found what I was looking for online and ordered it for me.

It's a normal GameStop and has all the usual things you'll find there. However, the employees have always been exceedingly helpful every time I've been in there. Even when I had some odd questions about packaging and things I purchased elsewhere. Definitely will be using them more for my gaming needs going forward.
