I came here to find a suit for my wedding and Jennifer assisted me. She was incredibly kind and amazing. Jennifer helped me in finding a suit and making it ready to be tailored. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and was incredibly helpful during the entire process. When I had an issue (which was not related to the suit from Men's Warehouse), she still made sure to provide me with great service. As a woman, it can be challenging to find a well-fitting suit and can be uncomfortable to shop at a men's store, but Jennifer made my experience great. I highly recommend coming here for your suit needs and especially recommend Jennifer.

This is one of the better Men’s Wearhouse that I have been too. They were very helpful in answering all of my questions and letting me know on how all the sales work along with the process of getting the suits. The place was very clean and organized. The dressing area was also nice and they have plenty of mirrors in the store.

Daniel was extremely helpful with finding the right shirt for my event. Daniel is patient and cares about the customer. Will definitely come back to this kocation.

I have an important event and was delayed by an airline, and needed to get fitted into a tuxedo. I walk into this location, and am greeted by William, who was friendly and kind. He took my measurements and we chatted over the finer luxuries of life. In five minutes I was fitted with a beautiful black tie tuxedo. Top tier customer service, the garments feel like they jumped off the rack on to my frame: was an exquisite and happy experience. I would recommend Williams’s tailoring for any occasion- and should those who hold the purse be reading this: give this good man a raise. I am grateful for his quick eye and talent. Such people should be retained at any cost!

I went to get fitted and buy a dress shirt as well as get a suit tailored, and I was given excellent customer service. Miles helped me, he was very attentive, polite and made me feel as though I was the only one in the store even though it was busy. I have had negative experiences at other men's warehouse locations however this was a much more positive experience, and I will likely go exclusively to this location from now on.

My first time making a purchase at Men's Wearhouse. The store is laid out nice. Everything for sale is arranged so it is visually appealing.

The sales associate Miles Brown is extremely knowledgeable. He made my purchase very enjoyable. His customer service is a 10 out of 10. He is great at working with multiple customers at once and I didn't feel like I had to wait in the 3 times that I went to the store for my purchase.

This store is highly recommended for all of your business and formal attire needs!

My BF needed a suit, sportscoat, slacks for an impromptu work trip overseas. We went to the Emeryville location on a Friday morning before his Sunday departure on a whim before heading to Nordstrom in Walnut Creek. When I tell you Mike got him suited and booted. Suit, sportscoat, shirts, ties, slacks - all coordinating, all mix and matchable. He anticipated everything we needed, he was nice but cool and funny, super professional. There is no way we could've created the looks without Mike's help. William was awesome too. Entertaining and very kind. This is our go-to now for menswear. Ask for Mike or William!

I went in having been drawn in by a fascinating blazer and ended up getting several outfits. The staff were incredible in helping me gather clothes to try on. I tried on pants that needed tailoring and the markings were accomplished with two swipes of the chalk. When I picked them up, they were perfect.

My mother passed away last week, and I wanted a new suit to wear to her funeral, I went to the closest location in San Leandro, and they didn't have a large selection of suits at all, the clerk advised me of the store in Emeryville, when I arrived they had a large number of suits to choose from, the clerk who approached me was very helpful and got me in something I liked, and I know my mother loved it.

Shout out to Adam for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I was in town for a wedding and was told by a different location that I could bring in dress shirts I purchased from Men’s Wearhouse to get them pressed. Although this was meant to be for garments only, Adam went ahead and pressed my dress shirts no questions asked.

Went here last min looking for a suit for my son for prom and Mr. Saleem Mumid delivered! Idk how but he found my son a suit and shirt that fit perfectly on clearance that he loved. We were able to come out of there with shirt, suit and tie for a fraction of what it normally would of cost. Mr. Mumin and Men's warehouse saved the day!

A very inviting staff and they will make sure you get a properly fitted suit. I wish it was easier for me to get to from public transportation, but nothing wrong here at all. Definitely go if you need to look good.

Wow, those are some bad reviews. Honestly, after reading them, I was almost looking forward to the nightmare I presumed I'd face renting a tux.

I showed up, and they were polite off the bat. Sure, there was a bit of a wait, but I was acknowledged immediately ("we'll be right with you," etc.), and all the work I witnessed was in good faith: people being helped with shopping, people being fitted for suits, advice being given, salespeople *not* being pushy.

Jesse (large white dude with ponytail) helped me, and I must say it was fast, courteous, and his demeanor felt perfect for his role: he's dressed cool, sharp, and stylish, but he's laid-back and not stuffy. Basically, all these prom-kids can feel confident he'll make them look good, unlike mom/dad/grandma/etc. At least, that's how I felt, and I'm a prom kid at heart.

We finished quickly. He gave me a couple bits of (good) advice, and never tried to pressure me into any upgrades. The opposite, in fact. He read me, and then he did his best to give me what I wanted: a cheap tux, duh.

I brought the suit back today, granted a couple days late, and granted the lady who took it gave me some grief for it. *SOME*. She said "they're due back the day after the event" so I explained how that wasn't exactly practical, and I was out the door with a receipt before I could chirp another word. Maybe this because it was almost closing time, and she would've hawked harder if she'd had more time? I doubt it.

I think these folks meet-or-exceed expectations, which really exceeds expectations given that you're going to a Men's Warehouse full of $400-$600 suits and hoping to get out the door with a $60 rental. I reached for the bottom-shelf, but I got The Goods instead. Thank you, Jesse and others!

The Sales Representative Lauren was amazing in her ability to offer choices and superb customer service. The sales People Are Wonderful, I Love Shopping @This Location For Nice Apparels, My Only Disappointment Is The Custom Clothing Department, The Fabrics I Want Are Never Available I'm Talking Four Or Five Different Styles & I Ended Up Buying A Compromise Fabric, & Even That Order Is Late,Going Forward No More Custom Clothing, I'm Strictly Shopping Off The Rack

I really don't enjoy clothes shopping so to say "I loved it" would be an overstatement. But I have been to this store many times over the years and have always found the sales people very helpful and knowledgable. It is possible to get in, buy good clothes that fit, and get out quickly. Exactly what I need form a clothing store!
