So far I’ve had a great experience. I talked with Rachael who helped set up our gas bill for our new house and she was super sweet. I’ll come back later for an update if there’s any issues. But so far, really nice phone call.

Called for a gas leak, serviceman was very handsome. 10/10

Horrible customer service worst experience of my life they need to train thier employees better but living where I do we are forced to use thier services only provider around WPS LEARN TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYESS AS ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS CAUSE WHATEVER YOUR DOING IS WRONG

Customer service was rude i asked to speak with a Supervisor 5 times. Agent kept telling me they are not going to tell you anything different. When i finally got one on the phone they refused to help. I let them know the situation and asked if i was lied to the day before and her answer was just yes they did not tell you the truth. Unbelievable. If there was another gas service i would def. take my business elsewhere. Very dissatisfied to say the least.

Terrible service. Screwed me over and left me without utilities for 5 days upon moving, after I requested service almost a week before the move. Customer service rep was incompetent. I wish their was a different utility company to give my business to.

Horrible service waited over 20 minutes for a supervisor after agent argued with me for 10 minutes. Then got hung up and never was able to talk to a supervisor. Why can't customer talk to a supervisor?
