Beyond the flashy sales pitch, there has been nothing but repeated incompetence. We are now 7 months into a 2-3 month installation project with no end in sight. I've had to spend countless personal hours trying to manage this project to completion, but I'm out of F---s now.

The customer support is a joke - they show zero accountability, and often go weeks without even responding to our questions. I now have a standing weekly meeting with our sales rep, Matt Maus, but he says he has no control over the delivery teams.

When they initially came out to install the panels, they drilled all over the roof and then said they couldn't find the joists. They were drilling in the wrong direction. It took me three weeks to convince them to send another person out so I could show them where the joists were. Then there was excuse after excuse about delays with the city permits. I went to the building department and found out they had neglected to submit revised plans after the panels were installed Apr 30 until AUGUST 18th.

My friend went with Tesla, and they completed his project in less than a month. You should go with Tesla too, or anyone but Harness Power.
