Dunkin'

I want to call out a certain team member. I’m pretty sure it was a shift leader named Robert. He was a younger young man. He was so polite and so nice in the drive-through and it made my experience amazing!

Manager was extremely nice, polite, and helpful when my Iced Macchiato in medium was sent without extra cream. She treated her employees with such care and was understanding of their mistake. 5/5 would recommend to anyone

Drive thru moved fast and seamless. Had a little hiccup when one of the flavors I wanted was out of stock but they worked very well with helping me find something similar. Welcome to Westlake!

Very nice environment with a very nice helpful manager, I ordered an iced Americano and they accidentally gave me an iced latte, after I pointed out the issue the manager was very quick to fix it and overall a very nice person

Was in a bad mood and quickly cheered up by a country accent and great customer service also a perfectly made pink velvet macchiato.

Brand new store. Clean

I brought my grandson in for a donut. The donuts are not displayed where you can easily see them. They should be in a front display case. These were to the side and I had to pick up my grandson for him to see them. I just ordered a cold brew. The employee was new and our order took a while plus I had to correct him with my order. My grandson loved his donut and I liked my cold brew. It's what you expect for Dunkin.

They are just not staffed to handle the business. Hopefully as time goes by they will have more people to be able to give a better experience to the customers.
