Salon Lofts Westlake

The whole atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. When you walk in you are greeted by a wall of the smiling faces of all the stylists, which is a nice way to get a look at who you’ll be working with if you’re a first timer. My stylist, Cindy Willi, did my color and it looks fabulous! She pulled me out of my comfort zone and gave me the change I needed. She has colored my teen daughter’s hair as well and gave her a fun look to display her school spirit. We chatted over coffee while my color was doing its magic. That was a nice little perk as well. Thank you, Cindy!!!

Cindy is AMAZING! I’ve been going to Cindy for 2-3 years now and every time I come in I leave so happy and with (exactly what I asked for). I’ve gotten waxing, cuts, and coloring done and the results are always FANTASTIC! She does amazing work and is super sweet. 10/10

Rachel Wilson has been my hair girl #Rachdidmyhair for over 10 yrs. I don't trust anyone else with my locks. She is a color wizard and on top of the latest styles. She always listens to what I'm looking for and delivers it perfectly EVERYTIME.

Not only does he use the best line of products; Pete is also extremely knowledgeable, shoots from the hip, honest and has a kind demeanor. He continuously demonstrates why I keep coming back. I recently went to Holly Farina (Loft 10) and was so impressed by her! She was a hair genius! I am looking forward to going back to her the next time I need to color or cut my hair again.

Before I went to Holly I had box dyed my hair and hated it. She was able to pull out the color and bring it back to my natural hair color (which was my goal). I would recommend Holly to anyone!

I am also very happy when I ask her to use her judgment and create a great hair style and coloring for my hair. Cathy cut my hair for many years and always did a phenomenal job. The only reason I still don’t go is a job took me 900 miles from her. Jeni Gaggi is an amazing colorist! I have random people as well as friends tell me all the time how much they love my hair color. Cathy is awesome. Ok, yes she is my wife, but I know her more than anyone and want you know that you owe it to yourself to meet her and have her do your hair at least once. That's all it will take. She loves people more than anyone I have ever met and that love and care is obvious when you spend even a few minutes with her. She loves doing hair because she can help people look and feel beautiful. Don't settle, ask for the best! Cathy can do weddings, proms, updos, Brazilan Blowouts, perms and any color your heart desires. If you have been looking for that one hair dresser that will make you feel like a million $ and will get you more compliments than you have ever had, Cathy is the one.

My hair stylist used to work for a well-known Cleveland area salon, but beginning approximately 2 years ago, she began seeing clients at Salon Lofts. They have a great set-up there where each stylist rents their own loft or occasionally two stylists share the space. I really like the way things work there...it's like each stylist has their own private mini salon with the chair, large mirror, and hair washing station. Each loft is able to slide their door closed to provide privacy for the client when their head is covered in tin foil and they may not be feeling their most attractive! It's a really nice experience overall at Salon Lofts and a really genius idea on someone's part to cut out most of the chaos that occurs in a regular salon setting. I also really like the fact that I can go online to Salon Lofts' website and see my stylist's availability to set up my own appt for when it's most convenient for me!
