Today, I had the pleasure of bringing my son to the Traxxas Headquarters, a place he's dreamed of visiting for a long time. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we stepped in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and an eagerness to assist. Their knowledge of Traxxas products was impressive, and they shared it in a way that was both informative and engaging, especially for my son.

The atmosphere at the headquarters was vibrant and welcoming, making us feel like part of the Traxxas family. Every staff member we interacted with was not only helpful but genuinely friendly, showing a passion for their work that was truly inspiring. They took the time to answer all of our questions, guide us through their latest models, and even shared some insider tips which my son absolutely loved.

What stood out the most was the staff's ability to connect with a young fan like my son. They made his day special, and watching his face light up with excitement made the trip worthwhile. It's not just a place for RC enthusiasts; it's a haven where dreams are nurtured, and the love for RC cars is shared and celebrated.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Traxxas and Mckinney - undoubtedly the best names in RC! A couple of months ago, I purchased an Xrt from them, and unfortunately, due to my tough handling, I managed to break down the vehicle in a short span of just two months.

However, the standout point for me was the exceptional customer service I received from Traxxas and Mckinney. In particular, Dalton deserves a special mention for his outstanding assistance and support. His professionalism and dedication truly made a difference in my experience. I strongly believe that his efforts should be recognized, perhaps with a well-deserved raise.

As a result of my positive encounter, three of my friends have also invested in the same truck and a slash, all due to the excellent customer service provided by the team, especially Dalton.

Excellent customer service and fabulous selection. Well stocked store with an incredibly knowledgeable staff. Dalton is just the best. He knocked out a radio issue I had in no time at all. As a first time R/C buyer, I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. I've been sent the necessary parts to remedy the issue. Can't thank them enough.

Love these RC vehicles. Ran across the HQ / Store today while I was working and had to drop in for a few mins. Unbelievable selection of everything Traxxas !

Went in to see about tradi g my failed batt. For a new one half price. Member of the staff was very helpful and patient very nice attitude fixed my failed batt. Sent me on my way very satisfied customer. Wish I coulda got his name. Well done Traxxas staff

Great store that carries every model and parts to repair or upgrade your Rc. They even fix your Rc while you wait. Prices are average to the market. Plenty of parking.

Traxxas is a great company. They have a racing pedigree, but made their mark by producing TOUGH RC vehicles that can take more abuse than seems possible. IMO they are the inventors of BASHING. We are very fortunate to have the world headquarters here in DFW. There aren't many stores like this in the world. I am a 30+ year RC veteran and their product development over that time has been impressive.

If you're a Traxxas fan, the retail shop has at least one of everything! Picked up a blue XRT Ultimate that I couldn't find online with any retailers. It's a hard place in which to be disciplined!

If you're a Traxxas fan and live in Texas this is a must stop place when you're in the Dallas area.
They have all the latest and greatest Traxxas products for you to see and get hands on with. The selction of spare parts and accesories is unparalled and they even have a service department that is extremely knowledgable. Just beware that once you step inside your wallet will hate you as the selection will have you changing your mind on what the budget was before you walked in. They have just about every model in every color and bodystyle on display. If you cant decide from pictures on which model to buy stop and that decision will quickly become clear.

Spent the weekend in Dallas, and had seen the HQ right there so on my way out. Decided to stop by the store just to see the shop. And to make some purchases. The two individuals that where in the store front did a great job handling the costumers that came in, they where knowledgeable. They where patient with me as I took my time to make my purchase, as I was on a time crunch and budge limit, do to a drive back down to my city. Also don't for get about there new product coming out on March 31th 2022. The 4x4 Sledge is something that should not be over looked, make sure to get yours today.

Traxxas Customer Service is the GOLDEN standard of after sale support. I’d give a better rating than 5 due to my experience with this company. I never feel like I’m calling a company. This is a different flavor..
Traxxas for Me Multiple times, is more than your humble uncle that gives you fancy unique gifts at Christmas and Easter, has a slick car and lets you drive it... They supported my issues way beyond my expectations, and had my specific parts I needed: on the invoices they always say the date of purchase is sent out. Referenced the date of phone call. 🙌🏼👍🏼👍🏼.

I’m in Ontario, and shipping from Mckenny Tx. was 2 weeks. you cannot blame traxxas at all for the shipping times especially during these covid times... but every item I received was individually packed extremely well and you know straight when you open it, that they really do want you to receive your goods like they intended them to be installed as. If I could come down and meet you guys I would take the time to. Thank you for supporting my 10 year old race truck! Lol. 95 km/h!!! With the street tires!!

This is my Traxxas E-Max Brushless.
just received my 3ch Bluetooth TQI tx. Recently I purchased 2x 3s 5k mah Lipo batts and upgraded front & rear diff. I thrashed this once and stripped my brand new steel driveshaft, at 70% training, as soon as I replaced the drivetrain and the axels. Something goes wrong! Lol Always learning something !!

To those who don’t have these (I have a few others now). It’s a hobby. Things will break, and you will need to know how to replace and fix them! Yes they go fast but when they smash, it’s reference to life and reality too. Smash a car into a curb fast.. anyways, for over 10 years I’ve repaired and replaced everything but the motor and transmission. I have played with gearing and that’s fun too! But don’t be afraid to get into it. It’s a lot of fun, and extremely exhilarating!

The bomb! Andy was friendly and it was just great to be where the traxxas magic happens lol

They make awesome vehicles that are made to bash. Go get it dirty. It’ll take it don’t worry. And if not their customer service is awesome. I’ve had Rustler vxl for about a year and it’s been working great ever since I got it. Most of the hate comments are obviously from people who don’t know what they’re saying.

If you or anyone you know like RC vehicles this is an awesome place. You can buy just about any model they have and get everything you need to go with it. They have a parts area for when you break something or just want an upgrade. We have gone in quite a few times the past couple of months and everyone that works for Traxxas has been extremely nice and helpful.

Great service and wonderful knowledgeable people to help with anything you need.
