I couldn't be more thrilled to share my incredible experience at my favorite Starbucks location. This morning, they truly made my day and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated. The personal touch and exceptional service I received were absolutely outstanding!

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the friendly staff who knew me by name. It's an amazing feeling to be recognized and welcomed with such warmth every time I walk in. The team's genuine friendliness and attentiveness set this Starbucks apart from the rest.

What truly made my morning extraordinary was the extra effort they put into my visit. Not only did they serve me with a smile, but they surprised me by writing a special note on my PB&J protein box. It made me feel incredibly special and cared for. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness displayed by the staff was truly remarkable.

The overall atmosphere of the Starbucks is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to start my day. The cleanliness and organization are always on point, and the seating area is comfortable and well-maintained.

I cannot praise this Starbucks location enough for consistently providing exceptional customer service. It's evident that the staff genuinely cares about their customers and strives to create a positive experience for each and every person who walks through the door.

They're great! Seems pretty busy even on a Sunday afternoon. Grabbed a couple coffee drinks while out with my mom. She got a vanilla cold cream nitro cold brew and I got mocha cookie frap. This was listed as a drive thru on maps, that's why we stopped, not a drive thru but speedy friendly service.

it's Wednesday February 15th, and while I don't normally do Starbucks, I'm picking up a friend from medical treatment with an hour to kill, and thought I would get a cafe latte and see what it's all about here. this place has the nicest staff, and the best coffee of any Starbucks I've ever been to, not to mention the fact they're conveniently located next to my friend's medical treatment center! if you need a quick latte coffee, or snack, I highly recommend this spot for both their location and their staff.

This place can get pretty busy, especially on the mobile side. Despite being behind on drinks, they were kind enough to process a refund for me because I couldn't wait any longer. They handle a full store well, despite aggressive third party drivers shoving their phones in people's faces and yelling about orders taking more than 5 minutes. They remained calm and courteous! Good job!

Great service!! Close to San Francisco/Emeryville Amtrak.

I just went there for lunch today and got quite a few things. The staff cooked my sandwich perfectly and my croissant! A good meal can really help make the day better, and I really appreciate their hard work. I ordered around 2 PM just to give credit to those staff members!

Really wanted to shoutout the young Asian girl who really worked solo.
It was refreshing to see a barista who welcome in guests, make her own food, ring up her own guests, and make her drinks.

This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. Parking is decent, the store is clean and calm, and the baristas are very polite and efficient. I’m usually in and out pretty quickly, but it’s always pleasant to stop by and say hello to the folks working there.

The staff here is lovely, and they keep the place well maintained. It’s everything I expect from a Starbucks.

Chill spot nice staff usually good coffee went in once 30 minutes before close and hot coffee was cold staff was like what you expect coming in this late im like I expect hot coffee put it in the microwave I don't care I just want hot coffee the manager came out said just give him an Americano I go there alot still in the mornings .....

I always had a good experience at this location but this time I literally never had my drink filled with so much ice. Disappointed

All the barista’s are so friendly here. Definitely makes my day. The drinks are great. They fit a lot of seating considering items a small shop with only one bathroom.

I think this is the best Starbucks in the area. Don't usually have problems with my order, staff is nice, nice location. It's not busy because it's sort of out the way. The outlets work just fine ha.

I always have a great experience when I come in to this store! The baristas are super warm and welcoming, and always make my drink how I like it. My day is always made when I visit this Starbucks!! Thank you 65th and Hollis 💕

one of your employees verbally assaulted me because I was wearing a collared shirt. I have no will to live anymore. good coffee though i recommend 10/10

It's a Starbucks. They're consistent and fast. There's lots of free 20-minute on-street parking (green curb) on 65th. The inside is clean and well maintained. This location is right on the corner, a glass storefront embedded in a full-block apartment building in an up-and-coming light industrial area very typical of Emeryville.

Ver fast, friendly, and delicious coffee. I travel the west coast for work and this is the best Starbucks I’ve been to in the last 2 years.

Staff here is awesome even when they are hyper busy! Staff hustlesand are friendly and professional.

Love coffee. Many people don't know this about parking but there is a condo right across the street that has free public parking downstairs. There are only so many green curb parking spots available right outside the store, I recommend going across the street to park and walk across to grab your coffee. Also keep in mind that you can order your coffee ahead on the Starbucks app

Refreshing. Like what I used to get and expect from Starbucks. Great service, clean bathrooms and dining area. Drink was made quickly, worth my money, tasted great and the staff was very friendly and professional.
