Stopped here while I was in Bakersfield for work and was very pleased. I ordered two pupusas and a horchata and the food and drink were both delicious and very filling. The food cost $13 with the $1 credit card fee. The server gave me a hot sauce to use and warned me it was very spicy and it was indeed very very spicy. Overall this place deserves 5 stars

This is my favorite place for Pupusas in Bakersfield. Not greasy. They are filled appropriately.

I've been here a number of times and it's never been bad.

Today, I had the empanadillas de carne, they were very tasty and I definitely eat them again.

The waitress is nice, but there were aot of people there and everything took longer than what I've waited for in the past.

Definitely a go to spot! Don't miss it.

I've tried at least 200 different pupusa places in my lifetime. . .10+ in Bakersfield alone, from the ones made at home posted on the FB marketplace to the one at Casitas (something) and the "top rated" pupusa truck in Bakersfield (which by the way took me to pretty sketchy places), and every other pupusa place I've found in Bakersfield and these are by FAR the best ones, from the masa flavor, to the filling. To the sauce (they have normal salsa roja as well as a spicy one, which is nice cause most places can't nail one salsa Roja, let alone too.) I'm also not one for curtido but this one is 👌.

Price is average based on the other places I've tried locally. I live NW of Bakersfield so its about a 30 min drive east for me (and again, not the nicest of areas- by El Mercado Latino), but SOOOO worth it.

I Love the pupusas! We pickup our food. They were excellent, we got lost for a min, and they help us to get there and food was ready.

The cashier Veronica was great greeting immediately. Told her was my fist time and she gave me free treat just to thank me for trying them.

Been looking for a good Pupusa for a minute. And i have to say so far these are the best. Packed with Deliciousness inside not skimpy but not overloaded. Perfect size and texture. Delicious cabbage mix. I will probably only get my Pupusas from here.

Awesome salvadorian food the best from the west

I ate here with my parents. The food was excellent and authentic!! We had pupusas and empanadas, and the ensalada beverage 🤤soo good. I was told that they're under new ownership. I would definitely recommend!! Because these are real Salvadoran pupusas!! +Curtido was perfect!! But I totally forgot to try the Salvadoran tamales 🥲 maybe next time.

The pupusas here are cooked and seasoned perfectly out of all the restaurants I've tried in town

I’ve tried several Salvadorian restaurants and this is by far the only authentic Salvadorian food I have experienced. It’s delicious and the service is great. It’s a small restaurant but, very clean. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a little taste of El Salvador.

If you are looking for the best and cheapest pupusas in Bakersfield, look no further. The setting is very welcoming, and the workers are very respectful and make you feel at home. This place also has inexpensive and quality Salvadorean food. We've been to other Salvadorean restaurants but we keep coming back to this one because you get the best bang for your buck!

They have best cheese pupusas in town!
They taste really good, like you don't understand, they have this taste that I like that other pupusas don't have. So if you like cheese pupusas like me, then well you should try these because there really good, like you probably still won't understand the taste that I'm talking about, but yeah there good, there dank! 👌🏽

Service was awesome, Consuelo make us feel home, loved their Sopa de Gallina India it was amazing, we had pupusas, tamal de elote, empanadas and enchiladas Salvadoreñas. Food is the best and I have visited many Salvadorian places, but definately will 100%recommend it, great service, clean and delicious food.

Awesome pupusas. I'm very picky about my pupusas. Very good service. Highly recommend the wet burritos too.

Pupusas are good but they take quite a while so if you're ordering to go it's better to call ahead of time.

Amazing amazing pupusas I tell you people you need to come to this small place it's a must in Bakersfield it's a little hole in the wall but it is amazing all the food from breakfast to lunch to dinner

Best pupusas in town

This place has the popuasas me and my family come here every week and get 10 or 20 of these and go swimming I suggest the Mixta popusa if you come here soo good ima go get some more!!!
