We were on vacation and stopped in Sportive to browse. We met the most amazing salesperson Nicoli. She was so knowledgeable and also very friendly. We happily left with 2 new pairs of On Cloud shoes. Thank you Nicoli, you truly are the best and more customer facing jobs need to hire someone as skilled as you. I would want to go into business with you if we lived in Miami!

I purchased a pair of shoes yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. John and Mauro were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about finding me the perfect pair of shoes. Excellent customer service I found everything I needed for me and my kids , prices were really good.. Very organized and very clean environment the employees were very helpful and management were very professional and very polite. Buenos precios, un poco de desorden en las prendas, pero eso indica que tienen mucha demanda. La ropa si es del gusto de los jóvenes. Mi hijo entró ahí y salimos con varias cosas. Tienen tennis, bermudas, ropa deportiva. El dueño o manager cuando se dio cuenta que estaba tomando fotos me exigió que no las tomara, pero cuando le dije que eran por su negocio para Google cambio radicalmente. Jejejejeje buen lugar para consentir a los teens y mas si son deportistas

Feliz de elegir este lugar para mis compras en Miami, paseo obligatorio por allí. La Manager Nicole, nos atendió las ultimas veces, y realmente es donde mejor me sentí comprando, mucha paciencia, buena onda y nos vendió sin apurarnos! Gracias a ella por su buen trato!
