I lived at The One for a year and it was by far the worse experience. You should be ashamed of the terrible conditions you keep this building in. Dirty hallways and lobby (including dog feces that are not cleaned in days), broken down trash shoots, poor maintenance, poor security with repeated violence within building premises, gym has missing or broken equipment, rude and unhelpful staff. The final straw is you did not refund my deposit, despite the apartment being left in same or better conditions than I moved in. No financial statement, just a check for $10 in the mail. I filled out your dispute form and have heard nothing back in over 30 days. I will see you in small claims court and will also submit reports to local authorities with evidence of the sub-par living conditions in breach of contract and violation of Florida law.
