Not ebery Starbucks is consistent with how they make your coffee this location ALWAYS does a great job with my coffee

Gotta try the Hot Caramel Machiatto and don't forget to add a little bit of whip cream to that (heaven)

The customer service is great and the workers always have a smile on their face.

A tricky location to get in and out of unless you're heading South or West, but one with electric vehicle chargers! Great staff, fast service.

I really like this Starbucks. This was my first time visiting this particular location and I found it to be quite nice. My son and I stopped for coffee but decided we were hungry, so we went in and got breakfast too. This was my first time getting breakfast at Starbucks and I loved it!! I had a ham and cheese croissant and my son had a breakfast sandwich. They were both incredibly good. We sat inside the store and ate and it was a very plesant experience. The employees were friendly, the store wasn't crowded and it was very clean. I'm definitely stopping here again.

My wife and I feel warmly welcomed every time we stop by for our usual iced mocha and a tea. The service, in general, is fantastic. There is always new staff, yet they ALWAYS ensure that your drinks are to your specifications and prepare them just the way you like them! Outstanding.

The girls head phones were jacked I think but she was nice and eventually got the order right.

As always, every time I come here, the coffee is great, I get the peppermint mocha. I dined in and seating is great and so is the service. I always have a great experience with going there.

Very friendly staff and greeted by this sweet partner (I work for Starbucks) named Christine, I asked her what protein boxes they had and she didn’t bother at all to show me the protein boxes that looked different because I live and work in another area. Another partner named Hailey made all of our drinks right and I was going to ask for a drink tray but she gave me a drink tray without me asking and made sure I got ice in my hot tea! When I come to Yakima again I’m definitely going to this Starbucks again. Thank you Christine and Hailey for making the moment right and being very nice to the customers!

We screwed up our order and Jacob fixed it quickly and with a smile. He really made this a new favorite location for us with his amazing customer service skills.

Staff is super friendly. I sometimes pick up a coffee order here and there. But no way do I drink starbucks coffee. It is so gross and burnt tasting. I can only tolerate it if it is drowned out by sugar and cream...

I absolutely love the owner/manager, (not sure which or his name) but he is very nice and funny! But...the staff are not welcoming!! I hate being at a coffee shop and being made to feel like a nuisance when I ask for more cream in my coffee or to ask for sugar, because their out! I know how I like my coffee, and I will always have it fixed if its not right or if it needs more cream or ice ect. If I'm paying $5+ for coffee I want it the right way.

What I love about this Starbucks is the wonderful staff that are always friendly, bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morning. Store is always clean (important during covid) And the coffee is always good made for you quickly great location not far from the freeway.

Definitely going again! Love the coffee an tried the banana nut bread, oh was it delicious plus they asked me if I wanted it warm too! Of course I said Yes! 😋 yummy bread! Plus lots of other choices for breakfast. Oh an souvenirs of our Washington State to give a friend or family for a lil token of our home state of Washington!

I messed up my large app order. My fault, but staff. Manager were kinda about it. Then I accidentally took the won't drink... No problem! I was embarrassed, but it was me big deal! Every though it was busy. Great staff.
