Roy was very quick responding when I called needing my computer checked for a virus. He was fast, knowledgeable, and patient as he answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone needing help.

Roy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated and was grateful that he was able to come over to my apartment to take care of my issue. It was on a Sunday too, which was really good, because I am a college student and needed to use my laptop to submit assignments by midnight that day. It turns out that the WiFi card in my laptop fried because of a recent accidental overheating. So Roy came over and was able to determine that it was a hardware issue and not a software issue, which helped a lot in ultimately figuring out what I needed to do so that I wouldn’t have to buy a new laptop. He recommended getting a USB wifi card adapter, which I later went to the store and bought—which got me back up and running! Very grateful for Roy’s flexibility, time, and expertise to lead me in the right direction to get going again. If it wasn’t for him, I am not sure I would have gotten those assignments submitted in time!

My computer was super slow man like 15 mins to load and just very frustrating to use.. i took it to him its way faster like its a brand new laptop. Im so happy i went here. Highly recommend. great low prices,delivered to me, and made sure it was working.

Roy was fantastic. Very professional, on time, and provided an excellent product and service. He went beyond expectations and did even more than we asked - hooking up printers and staying longer than expected to make sure everything worked. And all of this at about half the price of everyone else. Would strongly recommend.

After wasting 12 days with Ribbit trying to get a computer changed over from "7" to "10", a friend suggested giving Roy a try. I called and he came right away. After one hour the entire problem was fixed and for a heck of a lot less than I was paying Ribbit! I called him the next day and in less than 30 minutes he had the church's program loaded and functioning. He is a miracle worker. He is definitely my new go-to computer guy. I highly recommend his computer services.

This guy is amazing! He was in & out in less than 30 minutes. I had called and got prices from just about every computer repair service in town and he not only undercut them by nearly 50% he was super fast, very friendly and accomodating. I was in a bit of a rush because my daughter was minutes away from being let out of school so I needed it to be done as quickly as possible. Highly recommended for any computer related maintenance or repair you might need. Those ransomware asshats had nothing on this guy. Thanks again Roy, you're the best!

I was referred to RDS by a friend at my work. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous, which meant a lot to me since I am a single mom. I have a Dell laptop and it was FRIED, wouldn't even turn on. Within 45 minutes, the tech had my computer up and running with a new version of Windows 10 installed! Very affordable too, about 40% less than Geek Squad.

This is an amazing computer shop he was fast accurate gave me more actually than expected and went above and beyond for me I will go no place else for my computer needs amazing work
