Carhartt

There’s not a lot of Carhartt stores I’ve been to in California and this spot had everything.

Lots of different types of Carhartt items and I picked up a grey jacket that worked well for the cold Nashville weather. I didn’t see any sale items but the quality of the items and selection was a lot.

I’d definitely come back here again to pick up more Carhartt items, maybe an Overall.

I love this Nashville store! It is in such a fun area and we had a blast shopping around. We lucked out having Josh help us! He was eager to help was SO personable & great! We will be back and hope Josh will be working when we return!

We went into the Carhartt store on Broadway in Nashville and Lex was very helpful. I was in need of FR clothing and boots for a new role when out in the field. Although FR clothing was not available in the store she pulled up options to view online and try on pieces in the store for comparison. She did not pressure me and we did a follow up call once I figured out what I wanted to order; she placed my order and will have it shipped to the house. Lex has been very accommodating and friendly, excellent customer service, I have already told my coworkers about my great experience with her, she will be my go to for my purchases at Carhartt.

Me and my fiancée had the best shopping experience ever with our amazing assistant Lex, who gave us the best service and appreciation I’ve ever had. You all have to stop in and see her, you’ll never want to go anywhere else!

Alright y’all. You need to stop in and see our girl Lex at the Broadway Carhartt! It was my first time in the store the this past weekend, and Lex was extremely generous with her time and knowledge and made sure that I was able to get exactly what I needed. She will make your day with her kind and helpful demeanor and sense of humor. Will be back to shop again because of how great her customer service was!!!

Because it’s one of our favorite brands, my husband and I stopped by while on a work trip and were surprised at the selection available at relatively affordable prices. Everything we’ve purchased has held up well.

I was a first time Carhartt customer in the downtown Nashville store and Josh helped me find so many options I still love to this day. Excellent customer service and experience overall.

Nashville Carhartt takes care of business! Lex swooped in and saved our return since we couldn’t find our receipt on the site. She helped us to find alternate options to replace the return. Give this girl a raise!

They don’t have a huge selection, but Lex was amazing and extremely helpful. We were there quite some time trying to exchange/return items and she was very patient and kind. Excellent customer service skills!

We had a outstanding experience in this store! Everyone in the store was super nice and knowledgeable! Sophia was helping us and went above and beyond to provide service and help us pick just the items we needed. Also everyone was thrilled at the fact that we had our dog with us and not only allowed her in but highly encouraged us to come in! This store is a ten out of ten!

The employees here are prompt, helpful, and friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone, and I even find it worth braving Broadway for!

This Carhartt location was very pleasing to shop with. Brand Ambassador Brian was extremely knowledgable and helpful with assisting me in finding exactly what I need. He knew the answer to every question I asked which allowed me to identify what product suited my needs best. I will definitely be returning to this store, especially if Brian will be there. Nice store, They didn't have some of the things I was interested in my size but its a good chance to check out their product in person and order online.
