We are on a water well and woke up this morning and had no water at all!! I called Fas-Line at 7:11 am, I expected to leave a voicemail but they answered!! I gave him all my info and issues and he said he had a crew that can come by as soon as possible. The two young men came out and had my issue fixed in like one hour!! These two men were so polite and took their time and did the job perfect! They even cleaned up the little mess they made. NOW the kicker!! When they told me the bill, I WAS SHOCKED!! I expected something in the thousand dollar range and it was under $500.00!!! There is no way!! It was correct! I even called into the office to make sure. If I could give more that 5 stars I would. Thanks again for great service!!

If all y'all out there want to know what customer service is all about, and how dedicated these folks are to getting the job completed correctly just read this and you'll see.

We live out in the sticks at the dead end of a dirt road. Our wellhouse sits on top of a hill that's slicker than greased chicken snot when there's been even a little bit of rain.

We got 8.25 inches of rain earlier in the week, so the hill was like ice, if mud could be considered ice without the cold. Anyway, it was in the middle of all this rain that our well pump and control box decided to take early retirement.

I called and talked to Stephanie and told her our situation. She said the guys were on another job but should be out that afternoon sometime. I had to go to town and when I came back I called her back and told her the road was washed out and underwater in a spot and if they managed to make it down here, the hill would be "iffy". I told her not to have them come that day since it wasn't going to happen even if they got down here. Plus, it was still raining.

The next day I called to touch base and Stephanie said the guys would be out that afternoon. I had my doubts, but reminded her again that the hill was still slicker than greased chicken snot. The guys showed up that afternoon and spent nearly all afternoon trying to get the Dodge 5500 up the hill. They even brought out their mini-x to assist. They never made it and I ended up helping pull their Dodge 5500 back onto the road with my Dodge 1500 4x4 while the mini-x kept the back end from sliding into a bad spot. Teamwork got that big ole service truck back to the solid road. They left the mini-x here and said they'd send another crew out the next day with a Dodge 3500, a lighter truck that the mini-x would be able to handle better.

So the next morning about 0900 the guys show up. It took 2 hours, and much assistance from the mini-x, my chainsaw, and a couple chains, but we finally managed to get the truck into position so they could pull the well pump. Within a few hours after that they completed the job.

Most other companies would've said it was too wet and call us when it dries out. Not these guys! Thank you Clint, Cameron, Stephanie and the other 3 that I can't remember your names. Y'all are heroes and professionals!

I called late in the day. They were here the next afternoon to repair my 3" fast line that I use to irrigate my hay meadows. The guys on the repair truck were super nice and friendly and knew their business. They had great equipment to make the repair. I definitely recommend Fas-Line Services. I will call them again if I need too.

A few months ago we had a water well drilled. The crew did great work. We decided to get a filter from them last week. The two young men that came out and insalled it were very well mannered and did a great job. A+++

They went above and beyond to make sure we had running water. Every technician that came out was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the end results. Highly recommend!

Well pump went out last night, hubby called them this morning at 7am and they picked up. We were fourth on the emergency list, but they still made it out this afternoon around 2:30. Pulled the pump, found the problem and fixed it, and they didn't leave until we had running water again, at 7pm.!

Thankful for fast service, kind repairmen, and a job well done!

I chose Fas-Line for our water well because it is a big company and because they have made good water wells in the area. Yes, they are a little more expensive. But what you get for that is fast service from professional crews with the right tools at the agreed price, and follow up service from a company that will be around for a long time. They keep their job site clean and make things look nice afterwards.

I have no doubt that Fas-Line lost money or, at best, broke even, on our well. But there was never a hint that the charge would increase or that they were unhappy to be working at our property. The sole focus was on getting the job done and they did just that.

Our well was PROBLEMATIC. We had great soil but if you know anything about wells, drilling them may be an exact science but there are a number of variables that cannot be fully predicted or mitigated. Fas-Line stuck with our project until it was done, and it took longer than expected, resulting in a great well that we can depend on. Best yet, they don't seem to mind a lookieloo standing close and asking a thousand questions.

We are very happy the Fas-Line. I personally met Wade, Clint, Andy, Cody, Justin, Raymond, Rick, Mike, and many other Fas-Line employees and they were all quality individuals who knew their jobs and did them professionally.

Highly recommended for water well needs.

So thankful for Clint, Andy, and the entire team at Fas-Line!!! We were in a real bind. They quickly dispatched a crew and worked steadfast until we got water again.
I would definitely recommend to everyone looking for well repair, new well, etc.

Had problems with well pump short cycling. Andy was quite personable and was very knowledgeable about well services. He found the problem in short order and made repairs even quicker. Highly recommend!
