Murphy's Mountain Grill

Murphy’s is my favorite place to visit when I go to Evergreen. They have great food and I love sitting out by the river when the weather is nice. My only wish is that it was bigger! I always get the cali with chicken and no bun with sweet potato tots on the side.

Very quaint building but cozy ambiance when you step inside. Perfect service, online wait-list worked so well. The cocktails, evergreen pine needle, was delicious and unique. The Murph burger was cooked to perfection and topped with crispy onion, bacon and the most complex barbecue sauce. The half chicken was just as incredible. Highly recommend for a high quality meal and experience.

There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the atmosphere is absolutely lovely. If you’re local or from out of town, this place is a must!! The food was ready quick and very tasty. They were very accommodating for dietary needs (no spicy/non-dairy) all of their servers were super friendly and happy to help. Next time I visit Colorado I will definitely be coming back here!! P.S. order the sangria!!!

Once again the environment is excellent. I do look forward to Spring where we could sit inside and outside. The appetizers like mini ahi tacos (forgot exact name) and brussel sprouts are amazing. The burgers are signature and huge. The salads offer a great change of pace. I cannot wait to go back in April/May when it warms up.

The atmosphere is very cozy. We went on a beautiful day where they had the doors open to let in the breeze. The chicken wings are phenomenal. Sweet w a lil bbq heat! Yes, the short ribs are worth it. Order it. Just do it. Lastly, the bread pudding is delicious. Soft but with structure. The service was really good too!

Came back 2 days later, we got the Brussel sprout leaves (simple and delicious) and i got the salmon. It was the bomb. Also had the snow melt milkshake!

Great Service from the start, our waitress was very friendly and sweet.
The food was tasty and the milkshake was delicious.

My favorite restaurant in Evergreen! Really delicious, unique food at a great price! Love their inventive cocktails too! The chicken plantain nachos are the best!

A friend told me about this place and it did not disappoint us. The food is fantastic, along with a nice selection of drinks, be it wine,beer, or something stronger. We're coming back with the in- laws next time. I'm sure they'll be impressed.

Awesome place to eat. Stopped by after a nice hike up the road. Waitress was awesome. The food was unique and very good.

A fun destination restaurant! Loved my salad with shrimp and sliced apples. Decent prices, and quaint atmosphere. The lighting over our back table was lacking so I used my phone's flashlight to read the menu.

Wow I went here twice on my short solo vacay here. The waitresses were so sweet and welcoming. The food was delightful and things I've had my eye on since planning this trip. Did not disappoint and the drinks were also very good. Highly recommend it wasn't too crowded. I found parking just fine on a Thursday and Friday. The crystal shop is right next door, I went there and got some earrings. What a great time. Cute little quaint place.

We had barely tucked into our appetites and cocktails, when my husband and I looked at each other and said, “This is a repeat”.
Our server Marie was an absolute pro, and felt like a friend by the time we waddled out - content, and just a tad uncomfortably full.
The cocktails were unique (and we will definitely be back for more), the appetizer was lick-the-plate good, and the dessert our daughter had as her first course - well, apparently it was worth the drive from Denver.

Found this lovely gem on our way home from shopping! Cute little space inside tucked in downtown Evergreen. Their menu is perfect for at least us. Seen some pretty amazing looking cocktails that will definitely have to come back and check out!
I ordered the pasta - hands down everything I love in a pasta. My husband had the Murphy burger, we were very satisfied with our meals and excited to go back ans try the 🍸 🍸The dessert did taste a bit old but won't stop me from going back.

This is a cute little restaurant in a beautiful setting. I really enjoyed the harvest salad, especially with the unique dressing.

Fantastic grill and restaurant in Evergreen Colorado. Eclectic menu, but all good. BBQ half chicken with finger potatoes and fried Brussel Sprouts were great. The pecan and cherry salmon also wonderful. Beautiful setting by Bear Creek. Great waitstaff. Highly recommended

Highlight meal of my week in Colorado. I live for these small local spots. I had the Dirty Frenchman with an Elk patty. I added a side of sweet potato tots. It was a bit of a sweet combo, but so divine. The bun was as fresh as it gets and soft which complemented the burger very nicely. I loved the spicy glaze on the plate and wouldn’t mind having more of that as I love a bit of a kick. Seek this place out. It is well worth the few extra miles for a great meal and cool setting.

Very delicious! A little high priced but for the location and quality of food I guess I'll let it slide 😜 their tequila cocktails are no joke, I had the red blush margaritas on the rocks and that equaled 3 drinks at some other places. I ly thing I would add to their menu would be steak other than that, fantastic. not to mention we got to sit creek side on the patio with our puppy and they brought him a much appreciated big ole bowl of water. Definitely worth the experience if you're in evergreen looking for a good bar and grille.

We stopped in here on our way through town not knowing what to expect and we had such a great experience! There was no wait for an indoor table at about 4:30. The ahi taco app was very good - wish there was more tacos but I loved the taste.

I got the Dirty Frenchman burger and it was SO good (albeit a little messy) but I would absolutely get it again. My husband got the Black and Bleu burger and he was highly satisfied as well!

My only complaint is sides don't automatically come with the burgers, and they're a little spendy ($5 for a small basket of sweet potato tots and $4 for a small basket of fries) but I will say the tots were pretty good.

For dessert we got the chocolate chip bread pudding to share amongst us and our kids and it was a GENEROUS portion for only $8! It also came with ice cream! It was very delicious.

I think we'll make this our new go to place to eat when we're in town!

If you’re considering whether it’s worth it to pay to park, I’d say it is to be honest.

Stumbled upon this place and everything was great. Had the Brussel sprouts and the Southern Charm Elk Burger, it was awesome from start to finish and the bartender was really great too. Had to let the chef know he absolutely killed it, really found a hidden gem here. Will be back for sure.
