Safeway

I'm proud of this Safeway, though my Safeway is Rucker. I love the fact that the meat smells fresh n presrine looking. I called the meat department; spoke to one of the employees n thank you for the meat n how proud I'm of them. I'm hoping the owner or the department manager will give me an opportun for me to have a picture taken with them.

I recently moved to evergreen from Denver. It’s so refreshing to be able to go to a grocery store where the staff actually want to help you! Tanner at the meat counter was extremely helpful. But also the gentleman working the self checkout who is usually there was awesome also. The store is always clean and ALL the staff are always friendly and helpful. There is almost always someone in the produce department stocking things- and they are approachable and happy to help me find what I’m looking for. Toni and Kevin at checkout are always friendly and ask about my day. You don’t get customer service like this at most grocery stores. I’ve never encountered a single team member who isn’t friendly, happy to help, or in a bad mood. Kudos to the whole team, and the manager- they must be doing a good job to keep such a good team happy! It’s hard to hire a good staff these days, but this store has one, and they seem to stay on!

This Safeway has some of the best customer service around. As I get older it's nice to have a smiling face to help me with my money orders and my lottery tickets. I'm a neat freak and I also like that the store is very clean. Keep up the good work.

Safeway is always a solid 5 for me. The produce department usually always has what I need and the produce is fresh and good to go. The staff at Safeway is always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Safeway in Evergreen.

Living in the mountain community I have had the pleasure of participating in mountain shopping. Safeway Idaho springs and Evergreen Colorado is a little more expensive but accommodates my needs.

Got great prices customer service the best I had in a long time and I mean not just Safeway all stores in the community were I live and shop Great Job was there Saturday night Sep.2nd 2023

The deli is amazing! I was trying to make a Charcuterie board for my wife, she loves them so much and I don't have a clue of how to put them together. The girl at the deli Pracilla helped me pick out everything I needed to make a great board! She made my wife think I'm a hero! Thank you!

This store in Evergreen is the greatest Safeway! Everyone smiles, is helpful and especially that Stacey girl, she is my favorite! The manager sets the tone for a joyful environment and that is key!
In today’s world, it’s nice to know you can enter your local grocery store and have great options, fair prices, a clean space and a smile to take home with you. Thanks to all of Evergreen Safeway employees for all you do.

Getting some seafood the butcher kid Alex was very patient and helpful.
The high-school kids on lunch were well behaved thruout the store which made for a pleasant shopping experience.
Did I mention the customer service from the butcher kid Alex?

Small store. The Staff are excellent and helpful. And it is still my preferred store. But post COVID, prices have gone astronomically high and shelf stocking has not been that great. It is important to use the mobile app and you will be amazed at the savings.

Great selection, helpful people. Centrally located for Evergreen and surrounding areas. I pop in the deli several times a week for lunch. I love all the salads the have in the deli case and love the Sampler Trio for $5 !! Pick 3 from the case and get a Hawaiian Roll. Lunchables for adults!!!

This is a nice Safeway. For the most part it's easy to get around the store. Things I'm marked well. The proto section is nice and I was happy to find the head fresh fish, not frozen previously, at the counter. The meat seem all fresh and I like the fact they don't add solutions to their meat. The check out it was enough open registers plus the self checkout. They're parking lot could use some attention though.

Visiting the Evergreen Safeway this week, I was struck by how beautiful the produce section looked: great selection, attractive displays and fresh options. The staff working there (I believe her name was Nora?) was very friendly and helpful!

Great staff and decent pricing. However, I can understand why they're shortstaffed when the manager feels it is appropriate to rudely holler over the intercom for assistance at the customer service desk...when the other staff members are busy offering assitance to other customers. They can't be in two places at once, and it's a shame the customers had to hear it.

My last experience in Safeway was very aggravating because my Google pay was not working. The head Cashier/Manager Debbie M. was very very very patient. 30 mins of trying to get it to work. We had to call my bank and their system people. Debbie was very calm where I was.upser loosing my co. But in the in she made magic happen. Thank you so much Debbie M. If there is some other survey I can take please email me.

OMG I come here for the jalapeno/ cheese bread and chicken wings! The best! Parking lot tailgating material at it's best in the mountains!!

Our regular grocery store and pharmacy. We know most of the staff by first names. Great helpful staff. Great sales and deals. Clean store and we find everything we need. Very nice fresh produce, meat and seafood section and great deli selections too.

Excellent, I shop at home and pick up the groceries at my local Safeway. The customer service was awesome, fast, and the representative provided friendly service. Shout out to Tyler, the Safeway representative that assisted me.

The customer service is superior than any experience I've ever encountered especially the online order manager. She is absolutely ohmazing and I appreciate her professionalism and demeanor.
