Starbucks

The gang tonight was aces. Greeted and chatted to, friendly service from Mikayla, Ariana, Ja and Julian. My iced latte was delicious, as always, and the vibe and speed of service has increased considerably. I look forward to coming in. 5/5

The customer service from Justin was outstanding! We travel all over the country for work and don’t get good customer service anymore but we had it from him. This store is always clean and nice as well! Very pleased with this Starbucks!

Okay so yeah sometimes this location is a bit inconsistent but overall it’s still my favorite place in the area. Recently we’ve been coming by super early (about quarter to six in the morning) and there’s this absolute sweetheart in the window every day we’ve been there that my girlfriend and I just love. She seems super stressed but is always such a sweetheart regardless of that. Working in fast food sucks, go easy on this girl and this place in general. You never know what sort of the day the person on the other side of the counter is having.

All I can say is that my heart goes out to these workers.
The dining room has been closed for awhile, so it's all drive thru. There are 20 cars in line at times and you know these people are mad because of the wait. When I went, there were about 10 in front of me and many behind me and there were two workers. Idk why businesses do this to their workers....it's terrible. The service was still great and our drinks were perfect.

Best coffee around. I can finally drive out of my way on my way to work for a awesome cup of coffee. Staff is great and very nice. I've had one or two mistakes with my orders but they were very apologetic and quickly fixed my order.

Love my Starbucks! Drinks spot on, only complaint was that they misspelled my name on the bag from an app order and told hubby they didn't have my order but they did, and said it was for so and so not me. I was partially annoyed and entertained watching this transpire.

Everything great, and love this year’s reusable red cup, can’t wait to use it! Flat white, cold brew, breakfast, baked goods, etc.

We LOVE our Starbucks family! They all are the sweetest people!❤ ❤❤❤❤ They make the most delicious “Judy” drink and each time we go there we are greeted with smiles😁(yes, even when they are swamped with tons of customers). Hope they all know how much we appreciate them, and all the hours of nonstop work they put in each day and night 👏👏👏👏

Visited a few days after opening and I thought they were already moving at a pretty good pace. The place is very clean and bright with lots of windows. Seating is decent inside, but it is one of the smaller Starbucks locations. Lots of outdoor seating, so if it's a nice day, you can definitely grab a spot there.

Great location off of 81, too. Just about 30 seconds off either direction. All of the employees were extremely nice, too, and I had a pleasant experience. Will definitely stop by again.

The wait for the drive thru is long sometimes but they make excellent espresso beverages ☕

The baristas here are friendly and efficient. My Venti Americanos are always delicious. And, they offered my dog a pup cup when they saw him in the car.

Take the majority of the reviews with a grain of salt. Most of the people that commented on the standards and cleanliness of the facility don't really pay much attention to detail. They're doing great for a super soft opening. You will wait a while if it's busy and you use the drive thru. Other than that, I haven't had any serious complaints over the course of several visits. All the baristas are doing fantastic and are very courteous and friendly. The negativity is a product of a somewhat close-minded city trying to adapt to bigger chains such as Starbucks.

For the people saying the drive thru was slow, to be fair their speaker was down, which would slow it down. I guess people are too impatient. We went again and they misunderstood what we wanted but fixed it right away. They're super nice, which is rare nowadays.

Coffee is always right. Quick service for the most part. Employees work hard. Have seen them go beyond their job to help a customer.

Always a decent experience here. They've had some growing pains with just opening and being so busy, but the baristas are friendly, helpful, and patient. It is kept very clean, and the drinks are consistently made the same.

There’s been times this location has been understaffed, but the morning crew is the friendliest bunch of people! They go above and beyond to make me feel at home. I was having a particularly bad day last Friday, and the three girls who were working totally lifted my spirits. I’ve since asked for their names because I was so blown away by them. Kayla, Dennie, and Leah, THANK YOU GIRLS so much!
