Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have eaten here about 100 times since it's opened. I really enjoy the chicken and / or steak with brown rice. This is my favorite tray. I'm a very plain and picky eater. The food is normally always fresh. If you go in the morning, you're almost guaranteed fresh food. The place is normally kept pretty clean. They normally have all the hot sauce in stock also. There have been many employees at this hazleton location who have been very professional and kind. I personally have not had a bad experience. Overall, this is still my favorite fast food place in the whole hazleton area.

Good food! Good service! Close to the Hazelton campus of Penn State!! Very very friendly and super nice staff! We made a pitstop there almost 200 miles away from my home. I wish I can go back there every time I want Chipotle! Enjoy if you visit!!

Food is really good. They could use more employees as sometimes it gets busy and the line can get long but worth the wait.

Just go somewhere else..... Tables were dirty... It empty. I have no idea why the didn't have clean tables... They were out of things... And the bathrooms were unreasonable dirty.

We absolutely love chipotle and when we are on the road this chain is our go to place for food.

This particular stop was ok I suppose. It was not super busy. Brown rice and vegetables were undercooked. But rest of our vegetable bowl was delicious. The lady who helped us with order was rude and we had to keep telling her to add more because at the rate she was putting food in the bowl it would have only been enough for a toddler. I asked for lettuce 3 times before she added anything in. However the lady on the counter was nice. She totally saw how the other one was behaving and apologized on her behalf.

The place was clean and washroom was clean too. We sat outside as it wasn’t too hot at that time of the day and outside tables were clean too.

Overall I would recommend this place if you are stickler for quick Mexican food on the go in the area.

I never write reviews for chain restaurants but this Chipotle location deserves some kudos!
1) the moment we walked in the place smelled clean & delicious. The floor and stations were clean and the bathroom was very presentable -- neither of which is normal these days for Chiptoles.
2) The service was amazing. They were all kind and smiley -- again, not totally commonplace with Chipotles. And they were totally accommodating with my request.
3) The food was on point! Flavor is always going to be at least OK since each chain is working off the same ingredients and a recipe, but these guys are clearly following the recipes perfectly, and/or they're tasting the food and adjusting because these bowls were better than normal.

For specific staff kudos, we visited at lunchtime on Monday, July 17th. Great work to the GM, AMs, and team!

The young lady working the counter was wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I hope her employer knows how helpful and kind she was.

I read the reviews on this place and some of them are ridiculous to be a 1 Star. Steak should be spicy and flavorful and the avocado needs to be green for it to be good. Obviously those people just needed something to be salty about. People need to not focus on online orders and actually come in person. That’s what I did and I can tell you it’s much better than online. The food was fresh and tasty the scoops was nice and the rice Is as expected for chipotle. I’ve had them for years and the rice taste just like how it did years back. Please go in person DONT rely on online order for a restaurant that you CAN eat in person.

It’s tastes like every other chipotle. Yes they’re very busy, they just opened. Also the pickup lane literally has mobile order pickup posted everywhere even on the ground. But apparently some miss it still.. I couldn’t work like that with 100 people in the parking lot. They get 5stars

The restaurant was clean , it was busy but I only waited in line for less than 2 minutes before I was checking out at the cash register. Very quick and friendly place for lunch.

Their allergen menu was so clear and the employee was well trained in allergy protocol: fresh gloves and new utensils for each item.

Everything is good, from the service to the food! The GM really cares about the staff, service and cleanliness of the restaurant.

I ordered on the mobile app while sitting in the parking lot and my order was ready quicker than expected. No line at all the time I went.

So happy to see this place come to hazleton. Quality was exactly what you expect, fresh ingredients. Really hope that we see more establishments like this coming to the area.
