Great store good vibes awesome location and very knowledgeable staff what ever you need if it’s not in stock they’ll order for you just what Elgin needed! No need to travel to Austin 😉 they also have a cell phone department in the back where they do phone repairs 📱

Do not ever shop here. Drive to Sally's. Or just use Walmart. Just don't shop here. They knowingly sold me the wrong products and do not do refunds OR EXCHANGES.... As a woman who knows nothing about hair or products I expected professional assistance and knowledge in getting the right products for me. That did not happen. I am severely disappointed and I will never be going back. I hope you don't either.
