Met Sara the owner here. Such a nice conversant woman. Knows how to make great ice cream and Egg salad. Nice friendly place for conversation and also meetings. Has great teas, coffee, sandwiches and as I said homemade ice cream. Lovely imported cookies, crackers and sunderous eatables. Also has gifts for sale in store. Store hard to spot, but a great meeting place for friends or business people to meet. Impressive best kept secret in Bay Village.

We visited for the first time BAY PROVISIONS. What a beautiful, upscale, friendly place! Best kept secret on the North Coast! Delicious food, creative atmosphere, and best of all lovely owners who care! Enjoy!!

Me and my daughter made a random stop here for early afternoon coffee and snack break. It is an adorable coffee shop with great choices of snacks, as well as bakery goods, and ice cream. I believe the person at the counter, the person that I spoke with, is the owner. She was such a delight, and very helpful. I highly recommend the scones. They are the most decadent scones I’ve ever had.

Love this coffee shop and so so glad it’s here!!!! I love knowing a local place is carrying wonderful chocolates from around the world including Tim Tams, Cadbury Flakes and so much more!!! A large variety of ice creams and treats, topped with international specialties, a beautiful decor, and an extremely friendly staff? What's not to love!! I had not been here in many years, since the changes in ownership, and I could not be more impressed. Bay Provisions will become an all-time Bay classic in years to come. The fact that this place has 47 reviews, all 5 stars, should say something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely lovely experience! The owners are very kind and welcoming, we chatted for a bit about how they make their own icecream. I highly recommend the 'Hokey Pokey' flavor. Really nice place!

What a great hidden gem!!! Really unique food products and the owners are great people!!! They make the ice cream onsite and wow is it yummy!!!

Bay Provisions is a charming coffee and ice cream shop in Bay Village. It also offers other food items like sandwiches, snacks, cheese, chocolate, and bottles of wine that would be great for a picnic at the lake or to grab for a quick lunch on the run. I had an amazing hot chocolate while I was there. It has a cozy atmosphere for meetings or to just catch up with friends. The local owners are very friendly and nice to talk to. This is a wonderful addition to the Westside and walkable for many residents of Bay. Soon they will start serving Bubble tea and glasses of wine and beer in the evenings. Come check it out and support local business!

Fantastic coffee shop, David and Sarah are friendly and super nice. Coffee is really good, and the sausage rolls, meat pies and homemade scones are AMAZING. It is a light bright shop with a great selection of wines, cheeses and international chocolates...not easy to find.
Cannot wait for them to open all week, now on half week. Highly recommend it.

Great place for a coffee and ice cream shop!! I’m so glad they are finally opened! The atmosphere & owners are lovely—both are engaging and friendly! They have a nice selection of teas and coffee drinks. Their homemade ice cream is amazing and the pastries are some of the best I’ve had anywhere— very buttery!

The ice cream here is amazing! They make it small batch themselves and even the dairy free was incredible! The owners are so very kind and it was a nice inviting place! Definitely coming here for ice cream every time.

Can't say enough good things about Bay Provisions! The owners are super friendly, and the coffee is superb! Decor and atmosphere are relaxing, and coffee is just the beginning! Freshly prepared hot breakfast muffins (I had the bacon/egg/cheese), ready-made sandwiches for quick lunch breaks, exotic chocolates and snacks, ice cream and even wine/beer! Be sure to check their hours of operation before you visit. I think I'll be stopping in here quite a bit myself!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting for both kids and adults. The young ones were endlessly fascinated by the ice cream spoons that turn a different color when they touch the cold ice cream, and loved the kid friendly furniture. The vanilla and Aztec chocolate flavors were both delicious! Their coffee was very good too! We had an enjoyable visit, and highly recommend it.

This place is so unique! It's so welcoming and inviting. The owners are from Australia and New Zealand so they bring a lot of foods from there (hello Tim-Tams). If you live in the area, this is a must visit for a coffee or pastry!

Loved the atmosphere with calming artwork and owner was very accommodating. Food was extremely fresh. Great place to meet for coffee and drinks with friends!

We went for our weekly lunch date. Wonderful setting a great drinks. The danish was superb.
