Carrabba's Italian Grill

We haven’t been in a few years, so we weren’t sure how it was gonna be. We sat at the bar area for happy hour. Our bartender Jody was so nice and attentive to us! The wine was so yummy and all the $7 bites were delicious!! Only thing I thought was a little skimpy was the shrimp app.. but We will be coming back for sure :)

I went for a food and bourbon pairing dinner. It was great. The food was wonderful. Well, 2 dishes weren't great. The spinach soufflé was burnt, but they replaced it with mashed potatoes. The chicken wings were cooked to hard but were tasty. The drinks were fabulous.

Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a group of 7. Josh was our server and we received great customer service from him from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and accurate with all of our orders. He was quick with our bills at the end of our meal, but did not rush us out of the restaurant. He still checked on us even after collecting everything he needed from us. Josh made our meal more enjoyable - helpful and friendly, but not overbearing. We would definitely visit this location again, and would hope that we can sit in Josh’s area when we do. The food was delicious as usual!

When you’re given excellent customer service by a professional restaurant, you better believe they deserve a 5-Star rating. Not only was my family and I greeted by a very welcoming host, we were also given phenomenal service by our server, Chasity. She was very attentive to our service needs and also has a wonderful personality! The food was absolutely scrumptious! The restaurant was also very, very clean, organized, and has a very welcoming vibe. All the staff at this Carrabba’s location works well together to make the customer happy when they leave. Thank you! Keep up the great work!!

Our server Josh was outstanding. He was attentive to our needs. He came to our table at least 6 to 7 times to see if we needed anything. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied

The Sausage-Lentil soup is absolutely delicious!!! Wow...it's really good. I'll go back for that and the Blackberry Sangria!! I hadn't been back to Carrabba's in quite a while but will be returning due dinner. Their summer menu looks awesome! Chelsea & Jody are amazing and I will keep coming back!! Jody is an amazing Bartender!!! I love it here!

Great place to eat! I had the Lobster Ravioli, and it was good.

The only complaint is that it felt like the waiter was pushing their take-home special deal A LOT, but overall, great experience.

Our waitress Julie was an absolute pleasure. Tremendously patient and helpful in our hectic and busy evening. Sincerely above and beyond the call of duty. Please give her a raise. we will be back exclusively because of her service

Yesterday was my mom's birthday and to say it was special is an understatement. They were able to seat us fast, the food was delicious! The music and atmosphere were perfect, and our server Dean was the highlight, she made our night!

From the moment that we were seated, our server, Erica, was so very polite, & helpful, and took our drink order immediately. My wife then noticed that she was only server working .Erica was so very attentive of our needs, and if she was too busy at that time, she alerted other workers of our needs , including the manager.You are so very fortunate to have such awesome employees.

We took my mom for dinner for her birthday and it was spectacular. She loved the food we love the food and our server LEILA was exceptional and super super nice!! We definitely will be back. Thank you so much

My husband and I stopped in to Carrabba’s in Westlake for an early Valentine’s Dinner. We started out with the mozzarella marinara for our appetizer. Of course, we loaded up on the delicious, hot, fresh baked bread. I had the chicken Bryan and my husband had the chicken parmesan. If we would have had room for dessert we would have tried the new cannoli cake for 2. Maybe next time. Service was great. Food was fantastic.

By far, the most amazing food I've had! It was unbelievably good! Like a gift from God!!! The waitress Genna was absolutely amazing!! She describes the food very well, and her timing on drinks, asking about the food, etc. was perfect! 💯

Food was delicious, too much to eat in one sitting, so we boxed it up for home. Service was great, polite and speedy. Atmosphere was nice but loud, can't really blame the restaurant for it, there was a huge table that most of the noise was coming from.

The food tastes great. It's a bit salty but that's what makes it taste good! Variety of choices so everyone can find something. The waitstaff have always been nice and accommodating.

Ok so this was my very first time, and ill never go back to olive garden! Our waitress Chasity was amazing she was on top of everything with out us even asking. The food was amazing as well!

Genna was a great server. The assistant server JJ was also great. He brought the drinks out so quick and the bread. Genna refilled my drink at the most perfect times. She was so polite, and easy to get along with. She told us about good options on the menu and me and my date chose her recommendations…safe to say they were phenomenal. She deserves a raise!
