The greatest staff ever! Everyone is moving as fast as they can, dealing with So many things all at once and (for the most part lol) smiling through it!

Amazing staff!
They always make my drink correctly and most of the employees here know me and my drink. They’ve also taken the time to remember my pups name and ask if she’s with me and if she’d like a pupcup.

This location always has friendly, fast, & professional service when I visit. Today, the person in charge went out of their way to help me. I appreciate good customer service as I am a barista and know how chaotic and challenging it can get sometimes. A big THANK YOU to the person in charge this morning! 😊

I go to this starbucks often with lots of drink orders for coworkers. Today 10/19 the barista with the black hair working at 12:15pm was absolutely amazing!! He was so friendly and made my day completely turn around! Every employee there is friendly, but he went above and beyond. ❤❤❤

Karry and Sam were the kindest people ever!! I had to wait and Karry came up to me and took my order and Sam got it done so quickly!! The staff there is amazing!! They talked to me, asking about my day. I work nearby and I don’t have anything negative to say! Thank you so much for the amazing drinks and kind service!!! :)

Ben was phenomenal! He was honestly so much kinder than he even had to be and that’s why I’m writing this—because he made an impression. Great spot—good vibes.

I love this Starbucks location. Their staff is always so friendly and kind. They go out of their way to be ultra helpful and remember your name. I dig that about people when you frequent a location. They take the time to remember you. There are other locations in Bend, but if I have a choice and the time, this is the one I go to.

Kassy, the store manager is AMAZING!!!!. She's very friendly with a bubbly personality. She has a great staff who are all awesome as well! Best Starbucks in Bend in my opinion!

Another Starbucks I'm amazed at how well they keep the goods and coffees consistent and every place I traveled in North America and even back in New York and Virginia and even in Mexico it's all very consistent high quality product and great staff clean facilities you always know what to expect.
