Cafe Yumm! Old Mill District

This was my first time at Cafe Yum! It was delicious. Food was very fresh. Workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the variety. Gluten free and vegan options too, which is always a plus! I will definitely go again next time I'm in Oregon!

The staff delivered fast and efficient service. It was a no nonsense, or shall I say, a tomfoolery absent establishment. I recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting a healthy fast food alternative, with adequate dietary options. You'll be sure to have a rootin' rootin' good time.

We stopped at Cafe Yumm for lunch while visiting Bend. We had never been to this franchise before and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I hade the teriaki chicken bowl and my husband had the original. We both agreed that is was fresh , healthy and YUMM! This location was nice too as it was right on the river. The weather was cool so we didn't sit outside. It would be very pleasant to do so if it was warmer.

I absolutely LOVE Cafe Yumm's food! It's healthy, delicious and ready in minutes. Justie is always so friendly and has made several great recommendations for me to try! Love this place!

Great food that is healthy. Plus my daughter loves it which is a big bonus. She used to have some sever food allergies and they were always great with that.

They had great vegan options and the food was well prepared. I definitely would go back again.

We loved this cafe with super good quality food and staff. We had tofu and hemp skewers, salad and soups, every thing was of great quality and creativity. A must visit if you are around Old Mill District.

Credit where credit is due. SUCH AMAZING FOOD! the hot n jazzy bowl with southwest chicken was so good, recommended by the lovely gentleman that took the order. (I am so sorry I don't know your name, male, dark skin, long dark curly hair pulled back) I would absolutely recommend to anyone who will listen.

Great atmosphere. This was our first time in and Justie was a breath of fresh air, she embodies the attitude of what customer service should be! We would highly recommend.

Customer service was great and the staff was personable and friendly. I enjoy Cafe Yumm regardless of location, such a healthy customizable menu to meet many different dietary needs. Only thing I’d change is this location’s parking arrangement, otherwise great!

So great if you just want normal healthier options. My husband and I were stuck eating fast food for awhile while we didn't have access to our kitchen, and Cafe Yumm totally saved us. They're super dietary restriction friendly, the foods good, and the staff is very nice.

Stopped in after I went to REI and got my daughter some food. It was pretty good and fast. Wish we had a store near me in WA

Delicious food! Customize any of their signature bowls to make them your own masterpiece, plus choose from different sizes to ensure you are full. I have been frequenting the Old Mill store for years and the staff is friendly and the food is consistently yummy. Missing out if you love rice bowls and don't give it a try. My favorite is the Hot n Jazzy, I even add a little siracha to take it to the next level.

Just a grab food place, no big atmosphere, but clean and staff is pleasant. Food was very good

Foods great and awesome proprietary "yumm" sauce along with friendly service, it deserves the 5 star review. My only comment would be the prices of food are getting high. I would call this place an in betweener of fast food and sit down restaurant food. Yet, to take a family of 3 there we spend $45. You need to come up with more food and drink options that together are under $10 a person. The bulk of the food you serve is rice and condiments (olives, tomato, cheese, sour cream, salsas) which is very inexpensive and not all of it is even organic.

Cafe Yumm is and always has been great. The Yumm Sauce is one of those things that is over hyped but it's actually as good as it gets credit for.

But what I've come to appreciate most in Covid times is that they read the special instructions when ordering online. It's so rare for other restaurants. They always get everything right. Thank you!

I love the option of quick food that's healthier.

I had a Yumm bowl " Hot and Jazzy" with a cauliflower option they are offering for a limited time to sub for the usual rice that is under all their deluxe toppings. If I was making the cauliflower I would have opted to steam it aldente or bake as it was a little on the mushy side and had a bit of a water logged taste. It was still a nice option and if I'd been on a low carb diet it would have been a life saver because all the other ingredients and Yumm sauce can carry the weight for taste. I may try it once more to decide if it will be an occasional choice or a "tried it, didn't like it" in my mental book of 'Likes and Don't Likes'.
Cafe Yumm is my favorite "go-to"place to eat when I'm taking a quick trip to Bend. The food doesn't take long to get to the table. They can feed a person on any diet, including vegan, and the flavors are always delicious as they use fresh ingredients. Their Vegan Yumm sauces are so tasty I enjoy buying a jar and taking home one of their flavors to put on other foods. I love eating their Yumm bowls with the brown rice option and if I'm giving my gut a rest I'll order it vegan and sub the cheese and sour cream with extra avacado. My hubby can get his meat fix here though too and he has lots of food types to choose from. I like that their menu is diverse and customizable. I've taken many friends here and every time they have loved it and are now hooked themselves. The big freshly baked cookies are a delight I can't resist once in a while and are big enough to half with someone. The cookies come in a half dipped in chocolate or plain. This place is full of options! They offer free filtered water or there are some bottled options as well like kombucha, sparkling apple juice etc. Let's put it this way...if Cafe Yumm went out of business I think a part of me would die and I know for sure I'd have a little cry!
