Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Me and my mom go to tropical smoothie a lot. Today, however, we had the absolute best experience and quality of food and service we have ever received in our time ordering from Tropical Smoothie. 71st street Tulsa Oklahoma. Qudos to the the staff working this evening.

Customer service is always great. I always get the same thing pomegranate plunge with spinach and kale. I'm going to have to venture out.

This was my first time at this location in a few years. The young lady Cheyanne Qualls was absolutely amazing, and professional she took her time explaining everything I had questions about and I asked a lot of questions lol. She kept a smile on her face the entire time, and when I did not like what I ordered she smiled and politely asked me would I like to order something else. I did reorder and my food was delicious, we need more customer service like Cheyanne Qualls, I will definitely be coming back to this location to get my smoothie. And Cheyanne Qualls, Tropical Smoothie I would love to bring her over to my business, But I know this young lady love her job. Thank you so much Cheyanne Qualls you made my day with your professionalism. May you prosper in everything you put your mind to😊

After visiting this store on many occasions and receiving many wonderful smoothies, I visited tonight when they were very busy and got an unusually chunky smoothie. I returned to the store, and with no hesitation they replaced the oddball with the BEST mango magic ever!!!

Loved the staff! So sweet! Very helpful! I had my 16 month old with me in drive thru and I asked for a cup so I could poor some of mine in cup, and he gave him the leftovers that were in the blender! It was a beyond great! Especially impressive being ran by younger gentlemen! They have amazing staff at every location I've ever been to!

Love this place! (Just wish my creole shrimp wrap was year round! It's my absolute fave!)

Great service, came inside from the busy line in drive thru. Everyone was moving fast and cranking out orders. Cheyenne was exceptionally polite and fast service working drive thru and front counter. Great job!

My go-to when I'm hungry but don't want something too heavy to eat. Always great! I do recommend asking for HALF SUGAR! They do add natural sugar to their smoothies, which makes them quite sweet... half is a much better amount, in my opinion. 👌

My name is Emanuel. I work at this location as a shift lead and I am currently in the midst of performing some much needed cleaning in critical areas of our operation. I want to assure everyone here that as long as I am employed here I will do my upmost to make sure your smoothies and your food are made with care and safety. Your lobby will be swept and floors mopped bathrooms will be cleaned thoroughly.

My GM is instituting some changes along with her bosses to improve this store. I look forward to meeting you all and hopefully I can leave you in a better condition then how you arrive.

I dont go to this location very often but have never had any issues till today. I waited in the drive through for over 20mins and never moved. Usually in this situation I would just leave and go somewhere else however, at this particular location you cannot leave the drive through once you are in line because of the curb. So I was forced to wait until others behind me in line got frustrated enough to back out of line and leave I followed suite after another 5 mins . I'm not sure what was going on but that was probly the worst experience I have ever had in a drive through. The majority of the menu is smoothies so like what on earth was the problem? its not like they take a long time to make ..

Great place. Maybe 20 different types of smoothies made with real fruit. Dairy free options. Expect to pay $5ish but you get a lot! Only one size (outside of the kids menu). I hear they're wraps and salads are good too but I've never personally tried them. Drive thru isn't the fastest but it is reasonable

I love love love this place! Every smoothie I've had has been so delicious! I haven't had a lot of the food, but I will be trying it. The service has always been friendly whether I go through the drive-thru or inside.

I LOVE this place!!!! They have my favorit smoothie of all time, the Island Green and a hummus veggie wrap thats really good. My wife loves it too! Its great food and HEALTHY!!!

Came in and got there pair and save with the new strawberry daquairi! Added extra coconut and it was perfect. Will defiantely be back

They will customize your smoothie!! They taste amazing! I stop here every chance I get.

My second visit here. Both times were good, the first rather slow, but this time went quickly. I came in to avoid rush hour and try their flatbread and smoothie deal. I can happily recommend the sunrise sunset and blimey limey smoothies. The flatbread was also made fresh and quite tasty.
