Most specialty stores charge an excess amount for supplies. Michael's are no different. That said, they had everything I needed for my project, and the staff at this location was very helpful in locating the clay I needed. Check-out was smooth and quick. So, overall, a pleasant experience. 😌

This particular store was very clean, well lit, and full of friendly staff members ready to assist you. The staff members were very knowledgeable, and I found everything I was looking for and then some extra stuff. I went to the website and got a 25% discount that could have been applied to sale items also, and I was very pleased with the whole experience.

This is a large Michael’s. I found it to be clean and well stocked. The best part of my visit was my cashier who was engaging and related to what I was buying. She was friendly and seemed to really want to connect. I really appreciate above and beyond service!!

I come here once in awhile but I find that most home decor items and scrapbooks, etc. are all very expensive. So I buy things when they are marked down. The cashiers are always super nice and courteous! 😊

I love this store they have the most beautiful things a little high priced. But over a great store, employees are helpful and respectful and the store is very clean.

It's a pretty standard Michaels; since they are not everywhere, like some other stores, it's convenient for where it is, if you need/want it.

The staff is always friendly the food is always good I go there frequently and highly recommend it. The restaurant is family owned . Their chef is the owner and you can tell he cares a lot about his business.. They have an excellent variety of food on their menu and have not had anything there bad ever.

Round of applause to Becky and James that work in the framing department. They are so kind and friendly! Made me so happy with the 2 art paintings I had to be framed. Very satisfied with the results and further more that customer service they give!!! I will continue to come to that particular store!!! BRAVO!!!!!

We were looking for materials for my grandsons science project. The lady on the floor helped us all the way. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without attitude. We were able to find our materials and even the cashier was nice.

I love this store! The deals are great if you sign up for their rewards program and check up on the coupons. The seasonal displays are beautiful and I bring my young son to see the decorations and holiday cheer! I prefer this location as the staff are always helpful and friendly, lending a hand if needed and with a smile. Great to have such a nice store in the neighborhood.
