My favorite go to store for Liz Claiborne shoes and clothes. Found some amazing earrings and bracelet there. Go to that clearance rack for treasures. Underwear and nightgowns were a hit as well. Gadgets and gift ideas everywhere in sight. At Sephora I purchased Juicy Couture perfume for my daughter.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms Elsi in the men department. She directed my husband and I to the Shaq department with the best attitude and than to the clearance after seeing the Shaq price

A great shopping experience. Environment is relaxed and quiet, everything's cohesively organized, staff is helpful and friendly. I found the clothing to be elegant regardless of it being formal or casual. Prices are great too!

What a beautiful store! They have almost anything you want and you are not exhausted walking as the store is the perfect size. This is a Pompano Beach treasure as the workers are friendly and helpful and the store is clean!!!

Better quality products now, looks the new corporate directors got the answers to high quality products and to lower the prices for the new selection of merchandise. Geraldine greeted us with a pleasant welcome upon entering the store. During check out I had several expired coupons but she was kind & patient enough to help me find a current one in my phone. Also, upon paying with cash, I had brand new bills from the bank which of course she was gracious and honest enough to immediately hand back to me. Don't know what I'd have done without her today as my mind was elsewhere because I'm going thru a tough time. It's kind people like her with small tender gestures that can really make the day of a complete stranger. Thank you Geraldine.

We had the best experience at the jewelry counter with Jessica! Honestly I can’t thank her enough for being so patient and so kind as My husband and I picked out two beautiful wedding anniversary pieces. She was extremely knowledgeable, allowed us to look at any piece that I wanted to try on and even allowed me to take a break to walk around the store and come back to make my final decision. Now every time I wear my beautiful diamond and pearl necklace and my gorgeous diamond and Safire ring, It will not only be in celebration of our wedding anniversary, but also we will remember having such an amazing experience with Jessica who help me pick them out. I went to the salon on Saturday and Leia did my color. it did not turn out anything like I wanted. I am a dirty blonde naturally but the color lift on my roots came out strawberry which looks terrible on my, always has. but she came in the next day on her day off to fix it and color it to my liking. it came out very beautiful. Thank you for doing what you needed to in order to make sure I am happy. i truly appreciate it. Great stylist, super professional and very patient and kind.

Absolutely the best place to shop. From women department/customer service, the ladies are amazing, from jewelry department, Jessica's fantastic. She knows what I need right away. She's very patient, and extremely knowledgeable. From the time I walked to the store and the time I walked out, I have a smile on my face. For me, the store feels like a second home, we're even have nicknames for each other. The managers are lucky to have such a great team working for them. I placed an order through the app for a hard to find hair product & got a good discount. I dealt with Renalda & Manoush who stepped in to help me with something I got upset over. They were both exemplary in their professionalism and empathy. They solved the problem & I was quickly on my way. I am hoping that you can convey to them that I greatly appreciate their exceptional service and will continue to patronize JCP, because of them. I bought a watch from the jewelry section right before. They closed last night. I realised it was too big and the battery was dead after leaving. When I came back today to see if they would fix the size andgive me a battery, was pleasantly surprised by jessica's customer service. She was extremely helpful and promt about fixing every thing and even got me a full warrantee for free. She was awesome.

Jeans didn't say they were on sale, but 2 pairs of $48 Jean's cost me a total of $42!!! What a bargain!!

Pilar is amazing!! I am so thankful to have found her at Jcpennys. She colors and cuts my hair regularly and does an incredible job. This JCPenney is always awesome the employees are the best. The best ones are in the women's department always helping u went u need it. Katherine was the best but she is sadly not there anymore. I'll probably stop going.
