I am rating because of how polite and helpful the cashier was. Could not catch her name but I had shopped there between 10 and 10:30 am. on 12/06. It is so rare to find retail personnel who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase. She deserves a bonus!

This place is great with prices and service. The staff gets to know your face after a few frequent visits. After this you will be always greeted and served accordingly. I've made primary visits to rosses located all around me because of the nice experience I've had at this location.

I didn't think that a business so close to the beach could have so delicious pasta at an affordable price. After sitting there enjoying family company and the astonishing italian cuisine I saw many people getting there to pickup their orders, and there I realize that this cozy place is a tradition in Pompano Beach.

I was there last week and Melissa her customer service is wonderful she is excellent It was a busy day normally those girls in there are not too friendly but when I met her she made my day and my son walked out so happy because of our experience with her I believe she’s a manager there she’s a keeper because I my self is a store manager and I know she has the best customer service skills. Now I want to keep going to that location only just because of her.
