Best steak egg and cheese bagel I've ever had at McDonald's!

Friendly and respectful staff and the restaurant is always clean and well kept. I love the meal deals like if u dont have much money u can still get a mchicken and fries for only 3$ and still feel a bit satisfied.

Went in for a quick bite after the Big E, food was fresh & we didn’t have to wait too long. As I was eating I watched them work very well together. Keep up the great work! We’re humans and we make mistakes nobody is perfect & we’re all doing our best to get through. ❤

Ordered the quarter pounder meal. Fry's were not up to par and were on the cold side that had been left sitting for a while. Service was great though and the restaurant was very clean and fresh.

the food was hot and fresh, and the service was great! we wished we could've eaten in the dining room, which was really nice ... but i understand that is a city ordinance with COVID. safety for your hard working staff is more important. all around great franchise location!

Great I had a great experience I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra onions extra pickles and Fresh Off The Grill and fresh hot fries and they did it all I was very happy with the management there it did a great job thank you

Prices high. Big breakfast 6 buck add coffee over 9. Omg i used to get 5 or less few yrs ago.

Friendliest morning staff. I got a new job in the area, and my commute takes me right by this location in the morning, so i started getting my morning coffee here instead of Dunkin($$$). These people are the first face to face interaction i have for the day, and they are the nicest staff i have ever come across. They are upbeat, say good morning, and literally smile with every order handed to you. I don’t usually find a good enough reason to justify 5 stars, let alone for a fast food place, but this store has my business... thanks for being a great start to my weekday mornings!

best seafood in town, by far. bathrooms spotless, after 10pm, cashiers topless. can be a long wait, but so worth it. if you like your oysters ice cold & fresh, ask for Eddy, he'll hook you up.

The food and service was great. There was plenty of parking along with plenty of space to sit down and eat. The food was cheap and served relatively quickly. There are healthier options out there though. In addition, the food was packaged in non environmentally friendly bags.

Employees are friendly even when the place is packed and the drive thru is backed up, food is always hot, very convenient location if you're looking for a quick bite to eat after shopping as it's surrounded by popular shopping places, and the exterior is always quite clean. Definitely one of the best McDonald's in the Springfield area.

Didn't eat just used the bathroom. Very clean!!!!

Called to see if they had the Pokemon cards; dude was helpful, place is always clean. Theres this dope table with lights in the back, but you cant eat inside anymore.

A favorite McDonald's and it's very convenient. We love this one, it's our favorite!!!!It's conveniently located near The Big E for the gem show and Eastern States Expo. We stop for gas on the way to the cabin and this Macdonalds always.Food and service always great and employees very professional!!!Thanks guys you deserve 5 stars!!!!!

The service was fast and the food we got was hot and fresh.

I pulled in & the place looked clean outside. When I walked in, place looked great. The mgr. was very professional & courteous. I definitely would recommend coming back.

Got double the food I asked for. Anthony came out with my order. And then 10 minutes later some other kid comes out with the same thing. So I got two orders for the price of one. Thanks McDonalds

Haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time because I had several bad experiences with different locations. No wait time at this McDonald's, staff was great!

They were friendly and were quick with the food. It was early not much traffic early but the workers were fast and was safe following protocol.
