Incompetence! Sent to collections without ever receiving a citation. when I call they told me I was parked in a motorcycle zone and that the ticket probably blew off or something which is a lie I never received a ticket! They also say I cannot dispute it because it has been 10 days past the incident that never occurred.

Woman not wearing any defining Diamond parking clothing or hat starts taking pictures of vehicles.
With fraud on the rise, I don’t trust anyone taking pics of cars or license plates.
When trying to get more information on what she was going , she became very rude and abusive, I hope she has a better day and a better way to treat people.

Probably the best scam ever invented. Lil lady is excited to give out tickets even though i tell her the cars have been there under the 2hr mark thats clearly posted. Cars will be there for 15 minutes and she will ticket them

A woman named Patricia crawled halfway into MY car to grabbed the ticket OFF my lap. Soon as I started recording, she took off. I reported a few months ago. They apologized. Today a guy’s head was in my car and tried to stop me from leaving. I wanted to do NOTHING with them. Then he started taking pictures and CALLED cops on me! What the?! All cus I said for him to leave me alone. Will be calling on Tuesday after Labor Day.

Parking tickets are such a scam. Why punish people, many of whom are out generating revenue for the town? It just makes people not want to come back. So greedy and senseless.

Absolutely the worst company there is in the Valley. They hold no sympathy, empathy, or any common decency for that matter. This private contracted company needs to reevaluate their policies and individual services.

I work at a sweet little local coffee shop . A woman who was wearing a Diamond Parking services shirt often comes in before she goes to work . This morning she said to me , “ I am off to torture people for the day” she laughed about it as if it was funny . I hope that we can all build a more positive community . As she is representing Diamond Parking Services it’s not professional to make comments such as these . I had to give 1 star to be able to make this comment .

Old lady working the streets in Ashland this morning. The rudest, snottiest ever! I pulled over to take an emergency phone call and she knocked on my window to ask me if I was going to get going or back up?! I said neither. She said "well then I am going to give you a ticket". What ever happened to kindness? Ignorant! Hope she has a shi**y, hot day!

Got a fine in the mail regarding a car that was sold a month earlier, Faxed them the ODOT document to show the date of sale, they sent it to collections anyway, now i have to fight with Southern Oregon Credit Services. totally incompetent business.

Little woman in purple hat and violet jacket is rude. Followed my partner and I up to city hall talking about we should force a tear. We aren't even driving a car why is she bothering us

TERRIBLY, TERRIBLY, TERRIBLY !!! These people are not competent at what they do, I parked the car in the two hour spot, returned to the car exactly one hour and thirty-six minutes later, then saw a ticket behind the wiper, it was not far to the office of this company "diamond services "but unfortunately a woman said that the office was closed despite the fact that it was open and she had a good conversation with some guy, she was not able to help me, she said that I have to come back tomorrow, the next day I tried to call there several times but unfortunately no one answer the phone ,offcourse called during office hours from 10-2 p.m. then I went there by car again and of course the sign on the office was that it was closed but the light was on and when I knocked several times no one opened it, I decided to wait, after about forty minutes a smiling girl came with a cup of coffee, it turned out that the other woman was inside but she ignored my knock, then I went to the door and knocked again, and the first time I was ignored again, the second time younger woman finally opened the door, I asked her name (her name was Heather ) and asked her a few questions about the wrongly issued ticket, the next problem was when I checked the website of the "company" it turned out that I have two tickets on my account, she accidentally threw it into my account, the number of the ticket was only one number different, she said that she would fix it, but for the other I "have to pay" she was very mean to me and unable to answer most of my questions , what they do is just simply UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

I would give a zero rating if I could. Parked in a 2 hour spot around 12:30pm. Ticket issued at 1:36pm for parking past the 2 hour limit. Office hours of Diamond Parking Services is from 10 - 2. Insane! NOTE: They did call me back 4 days later (after I had left a message for them) and after some computer checking said the car that was parked there before me had a similar license plate number and they "dismissed" the ticket. But this should never have happened.

A CATASTROPHE, it seems that people without education work in this profession ... Kid's would do this job better than they do... absolute lack of professionalism and humanity, not to mention healthy thinking
