Graham at the front counter was exceptionally pleasant and clearly doing a great job. This location is very lucky to have him!

This is the best mcdonalds in ventura county. Food comes very quickly and is assembled well.

Dining room was very clean and comfortable with lots of space. Bathrooms were clean. Food was fine as far as McDonald’s go and service speed was average. Staff was friendly.

Overall a good McDonald’s to stop at to take a break and/or grab a bite while out and about or passing thru.

Good parking and freeway access.

It's a nice little McDonald's in a good neighborhood. The bathrooms are usually clean and the service is average. The parking lot has plenty of available parking and it's easy to get in and out of the property.

Love the way this place looks now and is so space age, modern, and clean. Touch screen ordering and ice cold drinks / coffees are the best here.

A very nice McDonald’s pleasant people with a pleasant attitude

Best staff around very efficient and very often they greet you walking through the doors. There is a young manager who I've seen patiently assist disgruntled guests and smile at the very next customer. My order here has never been wrong and I come way more than I should but its across from where I work (I sell cars at DCH Ford) in the last year I've visited more than I like to admit but that is in large due to the great people they employ!

Ordered two of their bacon, egg, cheese biscuit sandwiches.

Plenty of parking, but this restaurant is in a busy strip mall area, so it can be challenging to find a nearby parking space. They also have a busy drive through, that moves fairly well.

Employees efficient and the two sandwiches were ready in under 5 minutes.

Used curbside service for my order at this place so I don't know what it's like inside. I used the app to order and pay. I was pleased to get my order quickly so that I can continue my long drive northbound. It was easy to find and easy to leave. Order was correct and fresh as well.

Excellent location. My food is always hot and fresh. You do have to wait a bit longer than other locations, but it's worth it to have made-to- order food rather than something cold that's been sitting there. Very friendly staff, updated building and design.

My husband was there this morning at 7:15am and had an excellent experience! One of the order takers was doing a great job to help the multilingual patrons wanting their breakfast. My husband regrets not telling the young man what a good job he was doing, so thanks!

By far the best McDonalds in the area. So clean and less busy than the rest. Super friendly employees did consistently good and never have had errors with my orders. Will drive the extra distance to go to this one. So worth it.

The drive thru at this McDonalds was quick. After I paid, my food (two hashbrowns) were being held outside of the pick up window. That was annoying because I thought for sure they were going to be old and cold. I stopped to check. Nope, they were perfect. For now, this is my McD of choice. Word to staff - don't hang bagged orders outside of the window. It doesn't seem sanitary.
