Sandy was phenomenal. She's the owner and is also who waited on us. I love diners and this one is the real deal. All the food came out fast and it came out hot. Why restaurants have food runners these days I will never understand especially when quite often the food at those places always hits the table at best lukewarm. I had flapjacks and they were Heavenly. I cannot wait to go back to this place. Thank you Sandy!

The ladies that work there make this place. The food is good! Don't get me wrong, but there are a couple of really great servers in that spot that make for the pleasant experience.

3 of us had lunch there yesterday (wed) & our waitress was great. She was an older woman and she went above & beyond her abilities as a waitress. She was extraordinary at her job. The food was good and we will forsure return. The one soup was only warm but was good. I highly recommend it & tip ur waitress well.

The food was hot and fresh, everything tastes really good. There was a bit of a wait because they were running behind. However, the staff was very nice and you can see everyone was doing their best.

Me and my boyfriend have ordered from here twice now (pick up) and both times were delicious! We get the triple decker club with no ham and a side of fries and it is sooo filling! The fries are different, they’re super crispy and have this almost crumble on them that’s SO GOOD! The pick up process is always easy and the food is always fresh and hot! I usually have some leftovers too with the club because it’s that filling! I would definitely recommend this place for a delicious, filling and totally affordable bite to eat!

I loved my experience here! Excellent customer service and tasty fresh food ! Our waitress, who’s name I wish I could remember, was lovely and very engaged in providing us with great service. The fish fry was delicious, and their soup and salad bar was quite yummy. I also really enjoyed their comfy family oriented dining room. I look forward to coming back and trying the rest of their food!

My family and I just finished lunch at The Golden girls restaurant in Eastlake. There were 32 in our party and they accommodated us in their back room. Yes they were short staffed like a lot of other area restaurants but they did their very best and it showed. Our waitresses Patty and Lisa were phenomenal. The owner Sandy came and passed out trick or treats to the younger children while we waited for our food. I personally went around to each table asking the family members how their food was and everyone's response was the same that it was very good. We had no complaints. Whoever was on staff cooking that day did a fabulous job, the food was delicious and the portions were large. So if you are looking for a place to hold a small party of 30 to 35 people with wonderful service and a great staff try the Golden Girls in Eastlake.

I would definitely come back here to grab a bite! Listen the food was great but the customer service was even better!!! But the food was a good portion size and I promise you I’m greedy and it was too much for me to finish😜 Also, Shellie works her tail off and gives the warmest hugs.
