Wendy's

I've never had any problems or issues with this Wendy's, regardless of who's staffed when I visit. I'm a drive-thru regular whom they've taken the time and made the effort to know my order and how I want it by my order itself and possibly even the sound of my voice. After three visits or so, they became familiar with me. After my order is complete, someone will say, "Is thus our guy"! or "Is this my man!" I always laugh, and say, "Yes!" We all know the order, and cost, and they simply say, "Second window please!" Payment, order, fist bump, and I'm gone. I feel very valued as a customer. Also, I visit only 2-3 times a week, but consider myself a regular.

Had a pleasant experience dining in. They made our sandwiches right and everything was good. The dining room was clean. 👍 I really appreciate these experiences where everything is nice. Great job!

Edit: Still a great choice for fast food and good service. We had a big order and special instructions. They made everything correct and we had to make changes at the window on drinks because of the app. They did not have a problem with filling that request. Did not have to wait long just another great experience and this was last night.

My Dave's double was so perfectly assembled that I thought that maybe SpongeBob SquarePants was working there! I was impressed!

This morning when I visited Wendy was nice to encounter positive employers it's really nice to enjoy fellowship with kind people it gave me a lot of joy today

They always get my special orders correct (i.e. no ice in my drink, or asking for a sandwich to be made plain with nothing on it.) Drive thru moves pretty quickly even during busy hours.

Had to wait a little while for my food but the young lady at the window name alleyia was very professional to be a younger lady. She apologize for the wait which I really appreciate because people now days don't do that ...so 🤌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 a thank you from me to her please let her now keep up the good work from the lady with the purple furry stearing wheel 🤗 ..

Love this location! Right up the street from my house! We took our family out for breakfast and to check out the new remodeled dinning room. Our experience exceeded expectations. The team had some technical difficulties when we ordered. Thus, our food was comped! The breakfast was delicious! The manager brought out juice boxes for our kids, because they didn’t like the vitamin water! We will be visiting this location frequently!

They are very helpful with ordering and will customize your sandwiches For example I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun and they were glad to oblige. I paid a little more but boy was it tasty! I think they should add it to their regular menu served with lettuce tomato dill pickle and mayonnaise or their special sauce! By the way I love their promotions to benefit adoption and also their Halloween booklets! What a great way to support the community!

Workers are polite orders are accurate hot and fresh. My host April was very pleasant and accommodating.

Dave's dbl is so delicious. It's filling, and juicy, with plenty of meat on this burger to satisfy the the hungriest of customers. Just be careful when you bite it. Mayo can be a little messy🤣😭

This is an awesome Wendy's! I work nearby and often come here for lunch or a snack on the way home. In the past 6 months they have only gotten part of my order wrong once and the drive through que always moves fast even at high volume times if day.

This particular Wendy's on Vine Street, food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Their drive thru is at a moving pace, not just sitting for a long period if time. The staff is friendly, compared to many drive thru staff that collect your $ and hand you your food; barely speaking. This Wendy's is worth driving the extra mile or two😁.

5 stars for this Wendy's- fries were crispy- the head cook stated they didn't have any more spicy chicken and asked if homestyle would be ok- then he took the time to search for spicy and found some for me- but then gave me both. Down to earth employees are going to keep this location popular.

Great food really fast as always. But they always forget to take out the bacon if you ask them. And they keep forgetting my sauce.

I picked up a son of baconator meal combo. I also used my free frosty for a tiny dessert treat. Exactly as expected and service was quick on my to-go order.

My food was hot! Good and fast service.

Food took awhile to come out but the staff brought out fresh fries and gave our money back for the burger. It was absolutely amazing and I really appreciated the friendly staff.

Fries were not warm. Rest of the food was very good. Nice service.
