Dunkin'

I love the Eastlake Dunkin the lady who runs the place and her employees are kind always smiling.and I'd say swift with getting the orders out. Oh and they already know my order when I get to the drive through.

I live about 5 minutes from two Dunkins, but I only go to this one because the coffee is consistently really good. I have never gotten a bad, weird tasting coffee from here and I come almost every morning on the way to work. The manager and workers are really nice and the drive thru moves really fast.

I have been here a few times with online orders both pick up in store which was a great experience, always ready asap and great tasting. Today I went through the drive through and they were really nice . Definitely coming here again

Love this place. Owner and employees are so friendly and they bonded with my kids. Never experience anything like this place and these people.

I absolutely love this place. I use to be a regular at McDs until they opened. Now I became a regular here. They are much faster, friendlier, and know what I am ordering as soon as I walk or drive up. The staff is very nice and alway have a smile on their face. Everything seems fresh and spot on.

This is the absolute best Dunkin I have ever been too. They are so nice and caring of customer needs. Food/drink is always perfect. Highly highly recommended this location

The best Dunkin’ Donuts in the Willoughby Eastlake area. Drive thru is always quick. My orders are always correct and taste amazing. Every time I drive by, I make sure to stop for some coffee, sandwich, and doughnuts for the kids.

I was there last evening with a friend of mine And three young ladies working yesterday evening were phenomenal. Great customer service the dining room is cleaned and they were just overall genuinely friendly

Honestly this is the best dunkin I have been in whole Cleveland .. the sandwiches and drinks are tasty.and one more thing as it was also one of the busiest dunkin's I have been but honestly they respond very polite and fast ..so happy especially with the food and people ...

I have been to this location a few times since they have opened and I will continue to come back! All of the employees are so kind and patient everytime i go here. The food is delicious and fresh all the time. I’ve gone through the drive thru a lot but the inside is nice as well, very clean and well put together!!
