Every time I’ve come to this location, I’ve had a great experience by the end. In the beginning if I were to have something wrong with my drink they are prompt to correcting it and making things right. All of the baristas have gotten to know me by name and they are incredibly outgoing while having a smile on their face. Thank you Starbucks for the great drinks and food!

We went when there was no one else in line! Got our drinks quickly! I love it when it works out like that. Most other times we skip Starbucks because of long lines.

This recently remodeled location is now open again and I am so glad. I am glad to see the familiar faces that were here before the renovations took place because I love them, they are so pleasant and very personable. My favorite location by far and I am glad to be returning to Pendelton Pikes now “Grab n Go” location and I look forward to seeing everyone again.

I have to say the kids in this store absolutely an amazing bunch of people. They are super friendly, they go out of their way to accommodate everybody, and they remember you. The store manager here is awesome. I've had several conversations with her and she is simply amazing. She treats these kids as if they were her own and she definitely has Superior customer service skills. They have very rarely ever screwed up my order and on the extremely rare occasion that's happened they have immediately corrected it with no problems no frowns no grumbles with a smile on their face and friendly as can be. I told every single morning and I sit and do some work for about 30 minutes to an hour and I've watched the interactions between the baristas and the customers and it is wonderful. My only complaint is that they are getting ready to remodel the store and they are removing all of the seating. That makes me sad because I really enjoy sitting in there every morning even if it's just for a little while but I understand the business reasons for it. If you are going to frequent any Starbucks in this city, this is the one you need to go to.

I love them can not go without i go 1 time a day sometimes 2 time's a day. Thank You All oh and my favorite drink is A Hot Chocolate 8 Pumps of chocolate and 1 pump of vanilla extra hot an extra chocolate drizzle please 💕😌

I love Starbucks. They are quick. I have not had any problems when I order. They are a great convenience for me. Menu offers a little something for on the go morning traffic

This place is always so nice and accommodating. My bf ordered a drink that he ended up not liking and they let him order something different without charging us. They're always full of people, but always get your order correct no matter how busy.

I remember when I first stepped into this place the warm smiles that I receive was priceless. I like to treat myself every now and then to a nice frappe or something special it when I go it’s deafly worth every penny. I would like to see possibly more flavors added in 2020 but either than that I’m definitely excited too see all the endless possibilities the Starbucks will bring.

This locations seems to be pretty good getting orders correct never had an issue. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Quick and correct...
Microphone at drive thru could use some help, so we do not have to yell our orders...
By the way what part of that huge menu board with at least 2 speakers is the Microphone located? Its easier to identify where we need to talk at other locations.

I've been going here for about a year once to three times a week and they have had mostly the same staff. The staff is very polite and welcoming. If you let them know who you are they will remember you. This is definitely one of the best if not the best in Indianapolis area.

Same menu as other Starbucks. They had everything we ordered it n stock. Drinks were good and food was fresh. Staff not particularly friendly but maybe because of Covid-19 restrictions.

They are always super fast, super friendly and always get my order right. I pulled through with my dog once and they even gave her a free "Pup Cup" of whipped cream. My dog loved it too. :)

We are traveling from Illinois for my sons baseball tournament and my daughter wanted Starbucks this morning… I’m not sure if the person will see this but thank you so much for paying for our drinks… always pay it forward because it will eventually come back to you and someone will pay it forward to you!

Thanks for the smiles! I really needed it today! Shoutout to the super friendly barista who commented on my duck earrings. It made a bad day a lot better.
