Charlee was SUPER helpful. I happened to drop by the store when she was the only person working up front. But you wouldn’t have guessed that based on how she assisted myself and the other customers. Quick. Professional. Knowledgeable.

Had a good experience here. Found some stuff listed below Amazon and Walmart pricing. Found a sale price for a cooler we liked and they honored the price match. Very thankful for the manager behind me checking out to help out the new cashier.

A few employees did ask if we needed help while looking around, everything was super chill. Will definitely shop here again.

Plenty of item selection to choose from. Clothing items are organized nicely, so it's easy to find your size. Staff is friendly and prompt.

I had to ask an employee for a small bandaid and she went above and beyond what I expected. She came back with several bandaids of multiple sizes and a little alcohol wipe.

Kris & Mike made the visit right. Despite the mix up, they listened, empathize, came up with a solution and apologized. It's rare in this environment to meet such caring and over the top customer service. Will be making a longer drive because of them, highly recommend this location.

Prices were pretty good for a pair of thermals. Hopefully they work out well. I visited a few other retail places that day and this place was a lot cleaner than the rest. Everything was mostly in order and the staff was helpful navigating the store. Definitely recommend this place compared to REI, which can be super expensive, but they're not the same type of store either.

Went in looking for swimcaps, and was taken to the correct area, by an associate, just going by.

Found what I was looking for, plus going to try some ear plugs.

Would have loved to get a pair of DSG water shoes, but 11 is their largest size, and they were a bit tight.

Was treated correctly, as I was presenting female.

I stopped in the golf department, While on vacation last year looking for a new driver. I highly recommend you see Sean Warren, the golf pro there. He gave me tips and insight not only on the club and its' technology but insight on how to improve my swing mechanics.

My husband and I had the best customer service experience by Kyle while we were shopping at this store. He was very knowledgeable about treadmills and he pointed out some things to concern before making a treadmill purchase.

Customer service was great! Had to get a pair of indoor soccer shoes. Had what I wanted. I forgot the lady's name who helped me in the shoe department, but she was very nice and very attentive.

Quick and fast. I picked up 3 EZ Up Canopys via Curbside. 2 gentleman delivered them to my car and put them in my backseat. I waited less than 4 minutes. I'm in the Hospitality industry so I was disappointed when they said they were not allowed to take tips. They're providing a service and should be allowed to accept tips, especially since tips mean :To Insure Proper Service!!!

I was in need of a bike for my son. I was at the Polaris location earlier in the day, where I couldn't get any help at all. I saw the Grove City location had the bike I was looking for, so I called to make sure. The gentleman confirmed they did, so I asked if they only had the one as it was close to Christmas. He offered right away to put it in the back with my name and hold for me! He made my day, and my son's Christmas!

No complaints at this location. I have shopped and had great service every time. I've also shopped online and picked up in-store and had great experiences. They have always had everything I need.

Got to use some discounts I had. I bought a couple bags of soft lures and lizard wrap for my daughter's bat for $1.04 after the discounts.

Saw a pair of golf ahoes I wanted at another store. The sales person at that did all he could to find a pair for me, w/o any luck! Today, I found the pair and got them; somebody really wanted me to have them!!

They always have what I need great customer service the manager from Georgia by way of Ghana awesome!!
