What a diamond in the rough! We were on our way back to the Denver Airport, and we came upon this coffee and tea shop!
Such a cute place with numerous loose leaf and baged teas to choose from, coffees, lattes, crepes, quiche and sandwiches!
We ordered a vegan matcha latte, naturally sweetened with honey, (which is rare from a coffee shop) a
Cappuccino, and a strawberry Nutella crepe. The drinks were delicious and the crepe was fantastic 😋. Definitely worth the wait.
I hope to come back some day to try their quiches and savory crepes!

We are from out of town and wanted to grab a quick breakfast/brunch and stumbled upon Café Ciboulette. I did not expect to eat the best Turkey & Cheese with pesto panini here. We also had the Strawberry & Nutella waffle and crepe here. Also so delicious, not overwhelmingly sweet and had the perfect ratio of nutella & fruit.

The crepes are yummy, and the serving size is shareable or a tasty, take-home snack or meal. Environment is positive, staff are friendly and respectful, bathroom is clean. The tables are a touch too close together, but don't let that stop you from swinging by for a tasty meal or snack. I didn't try any of the baked goods, but they look fresh, tasty, and definitely shareable.

Really nice spot, trusted the rating and decided to come check it out and do not regret it! Awesome and flavorful crepes, quiche was outstanding also! They were nice enough to throw in some extra whip cream on the waffles!

I personally loved this coffee shop. The milk was steamed so well for my boyfriends salted caramel cappuccino. The matcha was amazing, and true matcha, none of that sweet stuff. I also ordered a shot of espresso to try their bean and the espresso had hints of sweetness in it, and was pulled to perfection. We also bought two crepes one was the strawberry Nutella crepe and one was a banana Nutella crepe. Both were ten out of ten and supper delicious, my boyfriend even bought himself a second one. But don't be fooled these crepes are not small they're just that good. It's really hard now a days to find a good authentic coffee shop, but I loved everything about this coffee shop. The music was nice and I think it was French, the mugs were so adorable and had a homey feel to them, and the person working behind the counter was supper friendly and not intrusive. They also have these adorable house plants that have name, Harry and Zinc.

The service here is so friendly. They treat you like family. The almond croissant are better than any other and the crepes are incredible.

This place is a hidden gem! I had the matcha latte (I asked for a couple pumps of simple syrup since it comes unsweetened) with a chicken sausage quiche and a strawberry&Nutella crepe. The quiche was so good I was scraping up the crumbs! But the crepe was truly the star of the show. It was PACKED with Strawberries, which kept it from being too sweet!

Also, side note, the plants have names which is so adorable 😍 The owner clearly knows the regulars and asks after them; the regulars even said hi to me! I can't wait to come here again and again!

Friendly owner with delicious crêpes! I had the salmon one to go and it was excellent, with a peppery finish and texture you need from a savory crêpe!

Don't let the location fool you. Tucked inside an otherwise unremarkable strip mall on Alameda Avenue, Café Ciboulette is a true delight. And the real charm of the quaint cafe is the owner. My wife is partial to her chai tea lattes -- it has to be done *just* right. The quality of ingredients and the skill employed resulted in an otherworldly chai tea latte -- one she will be hunting down the next time we're in Denver. The quiches and Belgian waffles didn't disappoint either.

Right out of the airport we were looking for a great coffee place and voilaaa!! The high ratings and wonderful reviews did justice.

Its a small cafe but speaks volumes about their amazing crepes and coffee. We tried their veggie crepe and it’s the BEST one I have had till date. It fills you up just right and the cheese is not overwhelmingly filled either. Was served hot and tasted fresh!

If you are into waffles, would recommend trying their nutella topped one.

Coming to the service, the barista was so kind and accommodating. She did a wonderful job explaining what they have to offer and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend to try their cafe out and I am sure you will walk out happy😃

Cafe Ciboulette’s ambiance transferred me to a cafe in France. From the decoration to the placement of the tables, you could easily forget you’re in the USA. Their speciality is Java, which is grounded specifically for the cafe. They have various drinks, including cafe mocha, hot chocolate, Americano, cappuccino, cafe latte, and more. If you’re hungry, they serve freshly made quiches, crepes, waffles, and paninis. The service is phenomenal, friendly and professional. We had the turkey crepe and the salmon crepe, both delicious. I also had the mocha latte with oat milk, pretty smooth and creamy. It’s a busy place with most of the tables taken even at past noon. The mornings are even busier. If you go, just expect it’s a busy place! Don’t rush the cook or the waitresses. Pretend you’re in Europe, where time is slower and expect a wait and enjoy your time.

Cute little place and the owner was very courteous and helpful to everyone. I watched him make the crepes himself as well as the specialty drinks. I got a savory crepe (salmon) because I was starving but want to go back for some.of the sweeter stuff. The ambience was nice; some people catching up or reading while I took a quiet work meeting on my laptop.

I stumbled upon this cute little cafe and stopped to get some work done. The owner was so nice and the service was great. If I'm back in that part of town I will definitely stop in again!

Long review with updates: Great crepes! The ham & cheese is FANTASTIC. The iced coffee is pretty good, but the hot coffee is where it's at. Their pastries are from local businesses as well.

It seemed expensive at first glance, but the amount of time put into the crepe was well worth the wait. And the thing was HUGE. I ate there at 9:00, and it kept me full enough to skip lunch. It beats a pre-made breakfast any day.

Apparently the owner is Moroccan, and wanted to bring a French flavor into the area. I'm so glad he did, because it's a great fit for the area (right on the Aurora/Denver border).

$9.00 for the crepe and an iced coffee (which seemed a bit pricey for me at first), but what an awesome, filling breakfast! Definitely worth the money. $4.75 for a large cappuccino, which is what you'll spend at any coffee shop or cafe, but much better quality. Get it to go if you don't have time to linger.

The girl on staff was very nice and welcoming, and we chatted about the place for a bit. She did a great job at explaining all of the meals and drinks.

I'll be back, and next time I'll be bringing my wife to try their Louisiana-style quiche.

UPDATE: Made a second trip with my wife, and tried the salmon, spinach and manchego cheese crepe. It came with a lovely lemon herb drizzle. Got a hot Cafe Latte this time, and this is some FANTASTIC coffee. No need for sugar, properly foamed milk. The employees really know how to make a proper cup. It'll take 5 minutes or so to make it (this isn't a Starbucks-type business), but you'll be glad you waited. I think this might become a daily stop for me. No more sub-par drivethru niche drinks with pumpkin spice. I want real coffee.

Next time around, Chocolate-Strawberry Belgian Waffles!

Cute, small local place for great breakfast/brunch food! Waffles were incredible - I ordered the banana Nutella waffle and would order it again. We went on a Sunday morning around 10AM and got a table for 2 with no problem. Looking forward to going back and trying the crepes and the quiche.

Oh man, what a local find! Friendly staff and delicious food!

We ordered the artichoke quiche and a banana Nutella crepe. Freshly made so the quiche was really floofy 🥰 and yummy.

The view outside of the restaurant is also quite nice! I would absolutely recommend giving this place a try. :)

The image only shows half of one crepe. And we demolished the quiche too soon for a pic.

I can't recommend this place enough; the food is delicious, the drinks are heavenly, the café itself is cozy and inviting, and the service is second to none. The owner of this shop is dedicated to his craft and always surpasses expectations. He obviously loves what he does and puts love into everything he makes.

The best waffle ever! There was a perfect spread of fruit and Nutella in every single bite.
