This was my first time shopping in a L’Occitane store & I already cannot wait to go back. Catherine was so sweet & extremely helpful/knowledgable. She helped me pick out a hand/foot cream bundle for my Mom’s birthday present. She also encouraged me to try the body oil cleanser which I ended up purchasing for myself. She so kindly sent me home with samples to try, as well as signing me up as a VIP. Thank you, Catherine!

Was gifted the hand cream in an office Christmas gift exchange years ago. It sat in my drawer a few weeks and when I finally decided to try it, I was shock by how great it made my hands look and feel. Now I gift it at Christmas exchanges because it's too good to keep to myself! The South Lake Boutique is a gem! Catherine went above and beyond to make my shopping experience great! I came in yesterday early in the day and had a great experience. I didn’t get the ladies name but I know we are both Libras :) She greeted me immediately and was very helpful. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t of bought anything. Definitely will be back. Love their hand lotion!

I went to this store because I had to return some perfume for my sister. There's nothing wrong with the perfume. It was just the incorrect fragrance. I love this store! very helpful staff. Very nice, clean, happy atmosphere.

I love the products -high quality skin care sourced from botanicals in the south of France. The store in Southlake is very customer-focused and gives excellent personalized service. The store itself is a delight to the eye and filled with wonderful, natural fragrances.
