Wait for ever to take orders in DT than they do 2 in a row so I wanted longer than second car in other lane. Ended up waiting 10 min to give online order code

I always order through the app from my car, and the app will even say when the order is ready inside so I walk in and grab it. 5🌟

Nice place to eat in and let the kids play. Only complaints were it was very cold in the play area and could be a bit cleaner but we still enjoyed it!

The usual night manager kendra is always on point and has her crew always one step ahead

Tones of screaming kids but awesome service. They came in 5 minutes. The play place was pretty big, I thought that was cool

I love McDonald's only when they don't mess up the order. I love to order fresh fries with no salt. And management is great.

food was fresh and service was quick. the young girl that was helping us at the counter was very courteous. my daughter was waiting for the food by herself and when the girl called her number she walked up to my daughter instead of just putting it on the counter. she was so pleasant.

One of the best drive through staff members I've ever come across works here. Genuinely courteous. Also had nuggets served to me that were organized neatly in the box and not just carelessly thrown in. The little things 😉

The remodel is nice! They're seems more efficient and the touch screen kiosks make ordering a breeze! My step-son enjoyed the playplace a lot. He didn't want to leave!

As Dasher I went to work in Van Wert
for a few hours. This McDonald's was one of my stops. It is so nice inside...different than any McDonald's I've ever seen with a fantastic play area for kids indoors! There are plenty of areas to eat if if you want to be alone. No TV though...like our Lima McDonald's on Market St...

Friendly staff, prompt service and fresh food. Does very well with helping my disabled son when he has issues ordering. Kidos to the new management team!

I ordered through the app and picked my order up curbside at the McDonald's location on Shannon St. in Van Wert. They're always super quick and it sure beats waiting in the long line.

We ended up at this McDonald's cause the one off the highway was under construction. From our food to the employees working this day, Everything was Great. I am glad the one by WM was not an option & we found this one. This McDonald's also has a way better Playland than any of the McDonald's where we are from.

My kids miss the older playset and the cool floor-projector game they had. The new modern style is okay but the older one was better. Miss the basketball hoops. But recommend this business

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. They have 2 lines at drive thru and still gets your order to you in VERY SHORT period of time just like you were the only one in line. Thank you. Everyone does a fabulous job. Should b proud
